BEDROOM 1: Sunset condo #1000 features a fresh and beachy Grand "slumber space" overlooking the Gulf with a super comfy King bed with new mattress . You will find spacious custom closets and drawer chests for your gear in this Suite. Power blinds on the window for ease of use.

BATHROOM 1: The Primary bath features a remote controlled bidet, granite counters, dual vanities, a glass & tile walk in shower.

BEDROOM 2: Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed with new mattress for up to 2 occupants. wall mounted TV and armoir for gear storage.

BATHROOM 2: The 2nd bathroom has a combination tub/shower, single vanity with granite counters.

The lovely & bright kitchen is fully equipped with an all stainless appliance package, beautiful granite counters and tile floors. All cookware, utensils, plates and glassware to create a feast. The kitchen has push activated cabinets and drawers. Laundry center can be found behind custom elevating closet doors in the kitchen area. Coffee maker and toaster are standard equipment.

Open living-dining space with unique glass table that converts from a 4 top to a 6 top with ease. Living room has large sofa that will open into 2 side by side extra long singles.
Sofa is complemented by 2 LaZyboy recliners. Wall mounted TV and ambient, remote controlled "fire-like" fireplace place. Slider doors off the living room lead to screened balcony with table and chairs for enjoying breakfast, an afternoon happy hour or simply taking in a beautiful sunset and outstanding shoreline views.

The complex has gas grills for its guests to BBQ their own feasts.

Need something to do, try a fun game of shuffleboard onsite or rent a couple of bikes locally and explore all that the island offers.

The island trolley is inexpensive, so hop on and enjoy yourself.
