Our 1700 sq.ft 3-bedroom apartment in Fort Myers Beach! Welcome to our bright and newly-renovated suite with a contemporary tropical flair on Fort Myers Beach!

Sleeps 6 up to 8 people. Our condo with private balcony features:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 King bed (master bedroom)
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed

• Kitchen: A breakfast bar, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and coffee maker

Great location

Great location. Couple of things - I had to reach out to the property manager at 2:30 pm to get the check in information. Thankfully I did since I needed to talk to people about a late check in. Also, the knives and carrot peeler were completely full so if you to cut anything, suggest you bring your own knives. There was only 1 non stick frying pan as well.

Absolutely lovely

This property was so clean and well kept! There is a slight view of the ocean from the balcony. The beaches were perfect, not too busy and you can rent chairs and umbrellas! Loved the wristbands to get into the rooms. Very smooth process. 5 stars

Amazing Place to Stay

This couldn't have been more perfect for our group and trip! We had three couples and the bedrooms were perfect, 2 with queen beds and another with a king, and 2 nice sized bathrooms. We didn't have an ocean view but that didn't matter! The screened in porches were so nice and accessible from all rooms, including the living room. This rental really had everything we could have needed, and having the washer and dryer was also an added bonus! We didn't get a chance to use the grilling area, but they are furnished with nice Weber grills, 3 actually! The pool and hot tub were well kept and a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The location was perfect, a nice walk, bike ride, or even ride away to many local attractions/bars/restaurants, although traffic was something we had to get used to lol! We can't wait to come back! Thanks again for a great stay!

Comfortable, enjoyable accommodations

The resort was very comfortable and clean. Easy access to beach and short walk to a few restaurants. A car is a plus to fully enjoy the area. The pool is smaller but was accurately portrayed in pictures. The hottub was great, unfortunately is was not working for 4 days of our stay, we realize those things happen. Resort staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Long weekend trip to warm up

We came down as a family from Michigan to breathe the air of freedom and warm up. First time staying at this property. It is a beautiful property and a very large unit. We have 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Our specific unit was 1201. It’s on the 12 floor and at the back of the building & facing South. So you get a partial view of the ocean to the West. A great view of the Bay to the East and a great view of the island to the South. My only complaint is the construction that was going on. We didn’t get to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the ocean b/c all we heard all day was the road construction. Started about 7am each morning and lasted all day. I understand why road construction was needed though. We will definitely go back, but will make sure construction is done. I definitely recommend renting a car as this is on the southern end of the island and there are not many restaurants/shops within walking distance. Overall, it was a great family weekend!

Easter vacation

It was a wonderful unit that comfortably served our family of 7. The facility was excellent also. We enjoyed the pool, free bicycle use, and were able to walk to some nice restaurants, convenience store, church and 2beachside bars. The beach was phenomenal! So easy to walk on it and so much room. The front desk staff was terrific. The only negative was the snack bar by the pool wasn’t available. The laundry room was nice. Thank you for a wonderful time. We were sad to leave.

Very Nice and Comfortable!

This condo was just as pictured which I find to always be good. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The beds were comfortable and amenities were great. It was quiet at night, which my group found to be welcome, especially since it was Spring Break. I cannot think of anything I would change to make it more enjoyable.

Clean and spacious

We were traveling with our adult children so it was nice to find a place with queen beds in the spare bedrooms rather than twins. Unit was clean and spacious. Maid checked daily to see if we needed fresh towels. Beach towels were also available in the unit though we had brought our own. Building is right on the beach.

Beautiful and very comfortable unit.

Loved the unit. Plenty of space for 6 of us, and very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The trolley stop to go into Ft Myers was right across the street. My only complaint was the lack of ocean view as the unit is on the second floor at back of the building.
