This FANTASTIC 8th Floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront vacation condo at the Sandarac Resort Condominium Complex is a beautifully designed condo with a million dollar view. The open floor plan at Sandarac 809A is spacious, and the minute you walk through the front door, you are greeted with lots of sunlight streaming through the glass doors. The entire condo has been newly remodeled, including the Kitchen and Baths. Even the comfy sofas in the living room are there to make your stay enjoyable. The living/dining area makes it easy for everyone to hang out together after spending the day on the beach. Everyone can relax comfortably watching their favorite shows on the large Flat Screen TV.

The Kitchen makes it easy to stay and cook and save money by eating in. Newly remodeled with gorgeous cabinets, corian countertops and all new appliances - this fully equipped Kitchen makes it all a pleasure. Dinnerware, cookware, and tableware are all provided. There's a place for everyone to sit and dine - A dining table for 4 with a spectacular Gulf front view, 3 stools at the lovely Breakfast Bar, and two more at the Kitchen table.

Both bedrooms are lovely! Down the hall, there's the Master Bedroom featuring a comfortable King Sized Bed, its own TV, a beautiful beach view from the window and a full Master Bath. The Guest Bedroom features one Double Sized Bed and one Twin Sized Bes, and its own TV. The Guest Bath, also newly remodeled, is right next door. Of course there is plenty of closet space!

There's even a laundry room with a full sized Washer and Dryer (no need to go home with dirty clothes!). This lovely vacation home has been stocked with loads of beach towels and beach chairs. For your convenience, there's FREE Wifi in the condo (yes, you can work remotely), building elevators, and ample on-site parking.

We've saved the best for last - Sandarac 809A boasts a magnificent, million dollar view of the Gulf enjoyed from your beautiful, 8th Floor All Weather Lanai. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
