House is located in a quiet neighborhood and the distance to the beach wasn't too far, a little over 3 blocks. The house is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Plenty of dinnerware and pots and pans in the kitchen. There was enough laundry, dish and dishwasher soap and each bathroom had a hand soap pump, but you will need to bring body wash and shampoo as they are very small one use containers. There was also not enough toilet paper for 10 people for a week and we had to buy more. Would have liked to have had a few staples, like coffee filters and salt and pepper/seasonings - we left ours there for the next family. There needs to be more wash clothes supplied (we only had one in our bathroom). The one patio door in the living room going out back was very difficult to lock and so once we had it locked we did not use again. Never did see the pool cleaner on Friday, Publix is a bit of a hike and I would recommend going in the morning before it gets too hot and you still have a bit of shade to walk in. The Trolley is not very reliable even when using the APP. Quite far from restaurants so you need to have some sort of transportation, car, golf cart, bikes. Overall it worked out well for our family and I would stay there again.
