Our beach condo also includes 2 flat screen TV's and a DVD player, comfortable beds and one spacious bathroom. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. From your great room, kitchen and lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beach. Sunsets from your lanai are gorgeous.

The amenities at Gateway Villas include a large heated pool, shuffleboard and grill. Located in the much desired North-end of island and it is only a short walk to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square) and restaurants. Gateway Villas is in walking distance to Bowditch Point Park where you can see the local wildlife and catch a trolley to any destination on the island. This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).
