PLUS:Location very convenient, right across the street from the beach.Unit also very nice, plenty of roomMINUS: Pool not inviting, between two buildings, no soft furnishings. A few tropical plants would go a long way. We only went into the pool once. The elevator situation--I understand that Hurricane Ian (and then Milton) were catastrophic and they are in the process of rebuilding the beach and buildings that were effected. There were no residents in the building units when we were there. Would have been nice since we rented for 10 full days if the owners offered a discount for the lack of elevator use (we were on the second floor). Balconies were available to anyone, no blinds in the front of the unit. Glass was darkened so outside the unit, it looks darker. You could still see in. Install blinds and renters have the option to use them or not.Small problems (master BR ceiling fan stuck-couldn't use at night without light on, fan globe in queen BR knocked when on-unusable at night, lights out (utility closet, under stove), walk through door from guest bath to kids' BR would not lock, master bath shower not cleaned--the last renter's hair in a pile in the corner of shower(!). Called Vacasa, handyman came, fixed almost everything.Big inconvenience--utensils/dishes insufficient for capacity: condo could could easily house 4 people. Most annoying part of stay constantly doing dishes and running dishwasher. Would literally cost under 200 to properly stock the kitchen.
