The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and over-the-range microwave and other essentials meet all your vacation needs. The unit includes a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV, and Free WiFi. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and a large closet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



Trolley service runs continuously in front of Estero Beach and Tennis Club where you can tour the entire island for 50 cents! Local attractions nearby like Fish Tale Marina and Lovers Key.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office 2085 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.



* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.



Please note during winter season months (mid December to mid  April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a one week minimum. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat (from Christmas to Easter) NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
