Beautiful and peaceful

We were lucky to find this rental! Much of the island is still recovering from Ian but this property seems to have done a good job in making it a great place to stay.

Very Clean with excellent location!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay overlooking the ocean. This condo is near fun water activities and great restaurants.

Wonderful week with family

This was the perfect place for my family to stay. 3 generations were present for the whole week. Very easy access to the beach, grocery store and lots of restaurant and food truck choices all week.

Much Needed Getaway

The condo was just as described with a fantastic view. While Ft. Myers is still recovering from a hurricane a couple years ago there is still much to do and it’s great to see their rebuild continue. A wonderful place to stay which is centrally located. Will definitely be back.

Fully stocked unit. Wonderful view. Convenient location! Lock for door was a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it- no problem!

Wonderful Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a relaxing time during our week. Condo was lovely and well equipped. The toaster was broken but was replaced with a brand new one within 2 hours. We also had an issue with the A/C, but it was promptly repaired and didn't impact our vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was very nice. Water pressure was low in both bathroom sinks but good everywhere else. Loved the heated pool! Had under the building shaded parking as well as an open parking lot. Condo located in a relatively quiet area. Beach was beautiful but there was a lot of seaweed when we were there. Not sure if this is normal or maybe seasonal, but it didn't stop our fun. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided!

Sister trip

My sister and I went on a sister trip. We dedicate it to our mom who passed away. She would want us to do this. The building itself needs some updating but the beach and view make up for it. Condo has everything you need dishes etc towels linen everything just outdated but we considered ourselves lucky because so many buildings are still recovering from the hurricane 2 years ago. There is not much open around but the bus is cheap and restaurants only a mile away. The pool is small but never crowded. The beach is just amazing. Would do again in a minute

nice condo

The property was great however the property manager was not very responsive when we reached the condo. The washing machine was broken and we lost 2 hours of beach time while waiting for a call back

Beach Villas

Well let’s start with the unit was clean and nice.. enjoyed having chairs for the beach… however every morning about 7:30 the drilling and banging began you could even hear it on the beach… secondly my son in law got stuck in the elevator to your left when looking at them called TriPower and said elevator people and FD were on their way.. one hour later no FD or elevator person arrived .. called Tri power again and they went home after 5 :00 left us with no one to get my son in law out.. finally FD arrives and tells us that this happens all the time , even to say that they have responded to this same complex more than 30 times in the last 2 months.. since when is this ok.. to leave families stranded like this.. thank the Lord that wasn’t my daughter who has anxiety about being in places and can’t get out.. to the point she stopped using the elevator and is now afraid to use elevators again.. come on TriPower this is not appropriate for having families stay at your resort.. FIX YOUR ELEVATORS

Great time away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to add an additional 6 days and really enjoyed it. TriPower Vacation Rentals has excellent customer service and made the whole process of adding the days, moving into the new reserved unit very easy for us. Beach Villas is a great place to stay. The property was working hard to clean up after the latest storm, Milton. Beach wide, beautiful, and clean. Pool was warm and clean. Definitely would stay there again.

Beach/sand was being renovated from damage caused by Ian and we couldn’t use the beach right in front of our condo so we went to Times Square and the public beach there. Thankful things are opening back up. We love Ft Myers Beach.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price I was expecting the inside to look like the pictures. The refrigerator was rusted. I was glad there were extra sheets to throw over the old furniture. Had to scrub up the floors. I noticed our feet were very dirt from walking bare foot. II bought some cleaner at the Publix and washed the floor.

Accessibility

This condo is located at a perfect spot on the Fort Meyers Beach, more northern end. We enjoyed making meals in the condo, eating dinner out on the beachfront, and watching the sunset together at night! Wonderful experience for our family. We will be planning our trip for next year soon!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was right on the gorgeous white sand beach with warm gulf water. The hotel next door was super busy but very few people on "our area" of the beach was great. We had a pool as well and the kids went back and forth from pool and beach a lot. The condo was great, view was awesome. Only downfall was the walls/ceilings were a little thin so we could hear our neighbors, but that's condo living! They had a ton of beach chairs, pool noodles, floaties, volleyball, and many other things to keep us and the kids entertained. Walkable to the pier and main restaurant/shopping areas and quick drive to attractions off the island!
