The adjacent Dining Area seats four comfortably, while the inviting Living Room features plush seating to accommodate your family comfortably. After a sun-soaked day, unwind in this cozy space with your favorite show or a good book. Sliding glass doors lead to a Screened In Lanai with views of the canal waters, the island and the Gulf beyond and comfy furniture to relax in and take in the sea breezes.

The Master Bedroom En Suite boasts a King-sized Bed, private Lanai access, a flat-screen TV, and a stylish En-Suite Master Bath with a modern Walk-In Shower. The Guest Bedroom includes a Queen-sized Murphy Bed and its own TV, with a lovely view of the Bay. The Guest Bedroom is also beautifully set up for working remotely. Next door is a Guest Bath featuring another Walk-In Shower for added convenience. A stackable washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your personal use.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Secured lobby, building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

Harbour Pointe offers direct bay access, where guests can stroll along the seawall and docks, watch boats drift by, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. Harbour Pointe is nestled in a walkable area near Bay Beach Lane—ideal for morning jogs or evening strolls. Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island. However, our island's beach renourishment is finished and we are ready to welcome visitors back to enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
