This home is in an upgraded private gated community and is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 per animal fee. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
Boat dock is available for guests who enjoy the pleasure of fishing and boating. You may bring your own boat, or rent a boat for a day, week or month. The pleasure of boating in the back bay water and in the gulf is a wonderful experience. The water way provides a quick access to the bay and gulf. From there you are off to bayside restaurants, shops and the various islands in the area. You take your pick of the islands.
The prime location provides quick access to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and hospital.
You can visit the surrounding islands by boat or by car.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25.
