HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets, Personal toiletries and fresh towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, Keurig coffee pods will be provided prior to check in.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $180 per pet. No more than two pets are allowed.
Guest access: You have access to the entire home with the exception of one locked owner's closet.
vehicles Parking: A maximum of five vehicles are allowed on site, per reservation. Please do not park on grass or neighbor's lawn.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!

Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in for an additional fee of $75 or late check-out for $75. However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
