The space

Beautiful condo located directly on the Inter-coastal with a pool.Exactly 1 block from the beach and within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together. Must be 25 or older to book, no parties.

This 1 bedroom,1 bathroom condo will sleep 4 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby! There is a pull out couch in the living room in addition to a queen size bed in the bedroom. This condo does not have waterview from inside the unit. This condo does face the front of the property.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, full bath, and smart tv with free Netflix.

For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable.

In the living room there is a pull out couch where you can enjoy watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our brand new grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our pool and patio all with comfortable sitting areas.

Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, microwave, kuerig, plates and utensils, 1 bedroom with queen bed, sofa bed. 2 smart tv's with free Netflix. 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay! Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check in or late check outs at this time.
Immediate Driving directions will be provided the day of check in.
