The main house features 3 bedrooms with TVs, 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Step outside to your private paradise with a pool, hot tub, mini-golf, and outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. Relax under the pergola or dine al fresco amidst lush greenery. The cabana offers a cozy escape with AC, TV, and a comfortable bed. Experience indulgence and relaxation like never before!

Upon arrival, you'll find convenient parking for two vehicles on the driveway and two vehicles on the swale in front of the property, providing hassle-free access to your home away from home. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious family area, furnished with a plush couch and a modern TV, perfect for relaxing evenings or cozy family gatherings.

Adjacent to the family area is the inviting dining space, where you can enjoy delicious meals together. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and several chairs, offering additional sleeping arrangements and ample seating for everyone.

Prepare culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze.

For restful nights, retreat to one of our three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering cozy bedding and ample storage space. Two bathrooms ensure convenience and comfort for all guests.

Step outside to discover your own private oasis. The backyard is a paradise unto itself, boasting a cabana that doubles as an additional bedroom for those who wish to indulge in outdoor living. The cabana has AC, a Queen bed, and a TV.

Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the inviting hot tub, surrounded by lush greenery and swaying palms. Test your skills on the mini-golf course, or simply soak up the sun on the pool deck, furnished with comfortable loungers.

For shaded relaxation, retreat to the pergola, where you'll find inviting lounge chairs, perfect for afternoon naps or leisurely reading sessions.

Gather around the outdoor kitchenette and fire up the BBQ grill for alfresco dining experiences, then savor your meals at the outdoor dining table, set against the backdrop of our tranquil backyard oasis.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
1 - Door codes are always shared after photo id and selfie in front of the front door are sent. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM).
2 - Early check-in for $50/hour and late check-outs for $100/hour. This is offered based on availability.
3 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
4 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
5 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
6 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day.
7 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.
8 - REGISTRATION POLICY:
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. It's crucial to complete the registartion accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund.
9 - CITY PENALTIES:
The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.
10 - SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The guest agrees to pay a security deposit of $1,000.00. It will get reimbursed within 5-7 business days if the guest didn't steal, lose, or break/damage any property and personal property.

11 - No smoking in the interior of the property. Failure of this will result in a $1,000 fine.
12 - 2 parking spots on the driveway and 2 on the swale in front of the property. Do not park in front of any person's property.
13 - Keep the volume down and keep it under the allowable decibel threshold (there's a noise detector at the property)
14 - Max 10 people allowed at the property

16- Before throwing trash in the trash cans outside, please put the trash in a trash bag!
17- Before checkout, make sure trash is in the trash bags!
18- Before checkout, make sure all equipment used is placed where it was found (sports equipment, remote controllers, board games, BBQ utensils, etc.)

*Any violation of rules 12, 13, 14, and 15 will lead to immediate evacuation of the property with no refund.
