Studio with private entrance and insuit bathroom

It’s a bedroom for 1 person only with insuit bathroom with separate entrance from pool area in 4 bedroom house . A guest can use laundry machines on weekends in the common area.
There is no kitchen available for cooking . Small amenities such as coffee maker and tea pot and toaster and blender are available . TV, fridge and microwave are inside the room .
Beautiful pool is shared with other 3 guests .
As for cooking: grill is outside near pool. A guest might also use small electric pan to make simple meals . Only outside the house on a patio table. Please consider this: if you are a heavy cook this place might not be for you.
We do not allow any visitors at any out of the day.

Thing to note : the room is in the shared house but has its private entrance . Guests appreciate the price, beautiful neighborhood and pool, proximity to the beach (3 miles) and central location.
