LOCATION SPECIFICS
This Hillsboro Beach villa resides on a private resort property that fully-spans Hillsboro Mile (A1A) from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal WW. Guests conveniently enjoy the distinct features of both the ocean and intracoastal waterfronts.
Within the resort property this villa is located on the intracoastal/west side adjacent to Hillsboro Mile (A1A). It is secluded from this historic roadway via lush tropical landscaping which also partially screens sightlines to other resort guests on footpaths as they travel to and fro. See pics.

RESORT AMENITIES
The Royal Flamingo Villas (RFV) resort offer 3 primary amenities: 1) Private Beach, Stairway to Ocean Shoreline Beach, and Beautiful Sunrises; 2) Heated Pool and Patio Sunbathing & Gathering; and 3) Intracoastal Gathering, Shuffle Board Court, and Beautiful Sunsets. See pics.

BASICS
This villa is one-half of a duplex of two identical 'mirror-image' units. Villa rooms include: 1 bedroom w/ walk-in closet, 1 tub/shower bathroom, galley kitchen with eating nook, living/gathering room, and a covered private porch. 1950’s constructed 6+” solid-mortar walls provide superior sound insulation from the adjoining villa. Villa furnishings are high-quality wicker-/rattan-framed with comfortable decorative cushions. Furnishings are accompanied by decorative lamps, the latest in led reading/task lights, and accented by a relaxing, fun array of original Florida-themed artworks. A fully equipped kitchen is meant to be used. Dimmable lighting, appliances, cooking accessories, dishes and glassware provide variety and quality consistent with what guests would typically use in their own home. Villa V is central air-conditioned/-heated along with two interior ceiling fans each for gathering room and bedroom.
The king-size-bed mattress and box-spring are comparable in comfort to 4/5-star hotels. An amazingly comfortable and easily movable blow-up bed is available to accommodate 3 overnight guests, though a hotel style cot is also available if requested.
Monday-Saturday daily maid service is provided for linens & towels. For longer stays housekeepers periodically change bed linens & bathroom towels and clean bathroom(s) & floors. A laundry hut facility (takes quarters) is available on both the west- and east-side of the resort property.

PORCH
An underestimated feature of Villa V is an attached covered porch. This very private porch is more aptly described as a 3-sided tropical room useful in nearly any weather condition. Shaded and outfitted with 2 porch chairs, table, lounge, side-table and a ceiling fan, the porch looks southeast onto flowering plantings and the early morning, noon and afternoon sunshine of South Florida. Guests typically move their lounge to the porch side-yard to provide an additional, very convenient sunbathing option. One wall of the porch is a 7’ tall solid-tri-fold wall/door system that divides it from the porch of the adjoining villa. Guests vacationing together in both duplex villas (V & W) typically choose to unlatch this decorative divider to enjoin their porches. Of note, this porch divider system was designed and manufactured to custom specifications by a company that produces similar door systems for Augusta National Golf Club.

BEYOND BASICS
This unit is equipped with a high-performance Sony entertainment system. Integrated components include: Bravia 52” HD tv, blue ray DVD player, and a home theater soundbar and woofer speaker system. Content is delivered to the entertainment system via comcast's HD digital package. Beyond Comcast… An in-house library of DVDs is provided. For guests who want to enjoy their own digital libraries of music, movies, videos and photographs, the home theater system can be connected to guests’ i-phones or android devices via standard-wired connections, or paired via Bluetooth wireless technology.

STAYING CONNECTED
A dedicated parking space is provided a few steps from the villa backdoor -- an often underestimated convenience particularly for long-stay guests who plan to extensively dine and entertain inside or on porch. Hi-speed wireless internet is provided at no additional charge. Remote-work enablers -- desk, desk chair & task lamp -- are located in bedroom, although the kitchen table also jas a task lamp. That said, guests ironically connect far more with one another vs. the outside world, enjoyably losing track of time, days and weeks!
