We have two of these apartments in a building that you see on the photos, all are private with their own entrance and for Your sole use. We have put our heart and soul into both of them. They are very similar in style and comfort, and they all have one common denominator - love and care for or guests while keeping the integrity of the building structure to fit in with the historic nature of Victoria park.

The interiors have been carefully styled to complement the ambience and the location with thoughtful touches to ensure your stay is comfortable and stylish. Sitting area with large flat screen TV, hi-speed internet, and streaming capabilities. We have a couch for an additional person, if need be.

Taste the local flavours through the modern kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances, including Keurig, French press, and tea makers, full size fridge/freezer and a microwave.

You will be in the lap of comfort the entire time in two bedrooms with sumptuous linen, stylish décor, work desks and private bathroom. King size bed in master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom.

Much like the rest of the apartment, two bathrooms are stylish, modern and fresh, equipped with a bath / shower, free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer.

Victoria Park is an urban neighborhood (based on population density) located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The neighborhood manages to maintain it's charming characteristics and seems to peacefully ignore all the action happening around it.

Victoria Park is a neighborhood where locals are considered "urban sophisticates". Here, your neighbors are defined as having urbane tastes in literature, music, live theatre and the arts. A short walk will bring you to downtown Fort Lauderdale, museums, performing arts centers, shopping and beaches (among a few local attractions).

There are also many ways other than renting a car to get around. Fort Lauderdale makes it easy for visitors to see the sights and safely get to your destination. Here are some options:

BROWARD BIKE
Bike sharing makes it quick, easy & affordable to choose bicycling for all your short trips around town. As a member or day user, you can use a Broward BCycle to run an errand, grab lunch, see the sites or just get some fresh air. With your Broward B-cycle bike, you don’t have to look for a parking space or bring your own bike with you everywhere you go. Plus, riding a B-cycle is good for your health and for the environment. It’s the newest and best way to get around town.

FORT LAUDERDALE WATER TAXI
Ft. Lauderdale is known as the “Venice of America” because of its many beautiful waterways. One of the best ways to Explore our city is from the water. More than just a boat ride, you will experience Fort Lauderdale through the lens of experienced captains who are know this town well by water. You will be taken on a well narrated excursion that includes historical information as well as fun and interesting information about the many Mansions and Mega Yachts that line the waterways. There are 10 stops in Ft. Lauderdale, and 1 stop in Hollywood at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and the Historic Hollywood Broadwalk offering live entertainment nightly.

Using fleets of all-electric cars, Circuit offers free, on-demand rides around busy downtown and beaches in Fort Lauderdale. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and must verify proper identification upon booking. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, or debit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is at 3:00pm (local time) and is conducted via keyless entry. You will receive a notification through your reservation app from the host the morning of your arrival with specific check-in instructions. All requests for early check-ins should be given in advance. We love providing flexibility to our guests and will arrange for early check-ins based on availability.

CHECK-OUT
Guests may check out anytime before and up to 11:00am (local time). You will receive notices the morning of your check-out time with specific check-out door code instructions. Housekeeping is scheduled to clean after your check-out. Requests for a late check-out should be made with advanced notice and will be honored at the property's discretion and If availability allows. If there is no communication of a desired late check out and it compromises housekeeping schedules or incoming guests, you may be subject to late check-out fee.

SMOKING
All Victoria Park Regency units are smoke free. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be incurred for non-compliance. Guests must adhere to any relative Florida law as it relates to smoking of any kind to include cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping and/or any other illegal drugs.

TRAVELLING WITH MINORS
Children are welcome and there is no charge for infants (under 2 years old). Please include any special requests in your reservation or with your host/property manager.

PETS
Pets under 35 pounds are welcome (2 pets per unit in Deluxe Courtyard Suites and 1 pet per unit in Courtyard King rooms) and subject to a nonrefundable $15/per pet/night. Discounts for pee fees based on longer term stays (28 days of more) may be authorized and agreed upon prior to check-in between the guest and SoFlo Star Rentals, LLC.. Notification that you are travelling with a pet must be made during the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival. Please pick up and discard all waste from the property grounds and neighborhood. Pets should be leashed when outside and crated when left alone. If your pet is disruptive during your stay, you will be asked to leave without a refund and may be subject to a disruption fee of $100. If your pet causes any damages in the apartment or property, you will be responsible for covering the costs for repair or replacement. In your apartment. A recent health of your pet certificate obtained from a veterinarian must be presented at check-in. Service animals are always welcome and exempt from any pet fees. Any non-compliance of unauthorized animals will result in a $250 nonrefundable fee.

PARKING
Parking for registered guest(s) is free for the duration of your stay (one parking space per unit). If you need additional parking space please let your host know. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Victoria Park Regency – SoFlo Star Rentals, LLC. Does not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on property. If a vehicle is left in the parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent with the property, we reserve the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicle repairs are allowed on premises.


TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS/ Wi-Fi / NOISE LEVEL / SECURITY EQUIPMENT
Victoria Park Regency – SoFlo Star Rentals, LLC. reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the property, including smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers, wifi, noise control devices, etc. Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by their actions and will be evicted from the property. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, law enforcement may become involved at the the property’s discretion.
