Master Bedroom - King Bed, nightstands, private access to patio and pool, bathroom, work station/desk, chase lounger, TV with internet access, large custom walk in closet with safe.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside to find yourself mesmerized with stunning water views and a cozy private deck/patio, which is a perfect place to entertain. Seating is located for both front covered porch area, along with covered screened in patio, right next to our beautiful color changing pool. Private dock with 2 kayaks, paddles and plenty of over lit palm trees. Outdoor BBQ grill, with patio furniture and fire pit.
A two-car garage that connects to the main house with additional parking in circular driveway. Life vests, paddles, pool toys, beach chairs are all stored in garage for your convenience.
Fresh bed linens and towels for each stay, along with hand soap, paper products, as well as Ginger Lilly (sulfate-paraben free, vegan, cruelty free) shampoo/conditioner & shower gel for each bathroom.
Guest access
Private Home with private access. Home will be accessible through a Yale smart lock. You'll be provided with your own private pass code, during your stay. This home has a 2 car garage and large circular driveway, with additional parking for guests to park their cars.
Other things to note
Must provide us with details and number of people staying, so we can properly accommodate each guest. Guests must agree to read, understand and adhere to the liability waiver.
Liability Waiver:
I understand that usage of swimming/kayaks/dock is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming/kayaks/dock usage. I accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming/kayaks/dock usage and hold Owner/LLC harmless. I understand there are potential dangers that swimming/kayaks/dock usage present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, using the kayaks/dock if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, or uses the kayaks/dock while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. I agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, I may incur.
Property is equipped with Pool Rules and Caution Signs, for your own safety. The Owner/LLC will be not be held responsible for any accidents/injuries occurred in result of failure to comply.
I understand that risks discussed above and agree you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences in those in your party. I agree to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner/LLC for accidents or claims arising from swimming/kayaks/dock usage. All guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guests and host.
