This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, established residential, family oriented neighborhood. With respect for our neighbors, the homes are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 25 year old or college groups.

An enclosure helps to keep the mosquitoes away which makes for a much nicer outside experience. The front of the house also has a beautiful private sitting area for your enjoyment.

The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space with fireplace and formal dining area.

-Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to the pool.
-Second bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the pool.
-Third bedroom has two full beds and flat screen TV.

Our home is only a 5-7 minute drive to the Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the sea beach. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores.

We are only 20 minuets away from Fort Lauderdale airport!

Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access.
Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema and 10 minutes to Deerfield Beach.

Please note that our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors we kindly ask to refrain from loud outside noise and music after 10pm. Please keep this in consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our house for your enjoyment.

To make your stay even more comfortable/enjoyable we provide bicycles and some beach accessories, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler.

- As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older, and must be an occupant of the house during the entire reserved period.
- The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us photo of their ID (USA driving license or Passport)
- Please provide us information about your trip and your guest before booking.
- If at anytime the maximum number of occupancy is exceeded or if the owner receives information about excessive noise, owner has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500.
- If any sign of smoking is discovered inside the house the guest authorizes the owner to charge the minimum fee of $500
