The Nauti Dutch is known as a home away from home for many travelers. This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home can sleep 10 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has its own theme the nautical room, tropical room, boho room, and moon room. Every detail has been customized to the home and was designed by an interior designer from the yachting industry. Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing as possible. When you walk into the Nauti Dutch you feel instantly comfortable, each room has a theme of its own to make you feel like you're traveling from room to room.
There is a total of 4 queen sized beds and two twin beds. The Tropical Room is all about relaxed island vibes it offers a large bedroom with one queen bed, dresser, closet, and flat screen smart tv. The Boho Room attracts modern hipster vibes it also offers one large queen bed, a dresser, closet, and flat screen smart tv. The Nautical Room makes you feel like you are setting sea, this is our largest room it offers 2 queen size beds, a coffee table, walk-in closet, flat screen tv and en-suite bathroom. The Moon Room is all about astrology, the sun and the moon, it offers 2 twin beds and a dresser this room is perfect for kids, or close friends. Each area of the home offers eye-catching details such as the wall art, a colorful atmosphere, details specific to the vibe of each room and intriguing decorations. I promise you, you will discover something new about the home every day while staying here. We take a lot of pride in the cleanliness standards of our home. We are very family friendly all ages are welcome to stay at Nauti Dutch. The neighbors are all very kind and friendly, the backyard and home is very private so you feel very at peace in your own space to enjoy your holiday.
The Nauti Dutch is equipped with everything you need and more literally just ask if we are missing anything and we will ship it to the door the next day! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, silverware, table settings, dishes, basic cooking ingredients, salt, pepper, oil etc.
The outdoor entertainment area has a gas grill, bonfire pit, hammock, beach seating area, patio, outdoor farm table, and bar set up.
Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, towels, and bath salts if you wish to take a bath. At the Nauti Dutch you have access to your hosts who are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Fort Lauderdale area, we are there to make sure your stay is as great as it possibly can be. I have been working in the yachting industry based out of Fort Lauderdale for several years so I know all the best hot spots to see and places to go. The Nauti Dutch is in a prime location in the Fort Lauderdale area it is conveniently located east of the 1-95 and off of Sunset Blvd. You are walking distance from grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and a short drive away from nightlife, Las Olas, the beach, marinas, yoga studios, fitness centers and shopping malls. The space itself is the perfect atmosphere for entertaining or enjoying family gatherings as once you step onto the property you feel as if you are in your own South Florida home. The Nautidutch has everything you need to host small gatherings with friends and family, you have plenty of privacy and it is located in a very safe neighborhood. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ We thoroughly clean and sanitize the property, paying extra attention to high-touch surfaces and frequently used items. We use cleaning products and techniques that are effective against COVID-19 to ensure that the property is safe and clean for your arrival.
★ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ★ Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire first.
★ NOISE REQUIREMENTS ★ Fort Lauderdales quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During these hours, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors who may be resting or seeking a peaceful environment. Violation of our noise compliance rule will result in eviction and additional fees.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside our home! Any evidence of a smoking device used will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ★ The maximum capacity of our vacation rental property is 8 guests. Please note that this limit includes both adults and children. If the maximum guest capacity is exceeded additional fees may be imposed.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ Please be aware that hosting parties, events, or gatherings of any kind is strictly prohibited on our premises. This policy is in place to maintain a serene environment, prevent disruptions to our neighbors, and protect our property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, and you may be subject to further penalties or restrictions from Airbnb.
★ PARKING ★ Due to local regulations and the limited parking space available, we kindly request that no more than four cars be parked on the property during your stay. Any additional vehicles are subject to towing at owner's expense.
★ OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE ★ For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the entrance). No surveillance is located inside the home.
★ BUGS & CRITTERS ★ Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. However, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
★ SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE ★ We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
*Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. ** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can be provided upon request prior to check-in.
