This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home. If smoking Outside the home (allowed), please make sure you have closed all windows and doors, so smoke doesn't drift inside the home. Ask your host for checkout instructions (spoiler alert: we take care of everything because you are on vacation).



This Home has outside perimeter cameras for added security and an ADT alarm system. If you would like to use the alarm system during your stay just ask your host for a code. Per Vacation Rental law in South Florida, all Airbnbs are required to have a noise monitor to comply with noise ordinance. No parties allowed. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM daily.
