The Space:
The duplex can sleep up to 24 people.

LIVING ROOM

The open-concept living rooms is a place to hang out as a large group. Sit back on the big sofas sleepers and enjoy easy access to your favorite streaming networks on the 75” 4k flat-screen smart TV. Make some popcorn if you feel like having an epic movie night during your stay. The outdoor area also has a ping pong table and a large collection of fun board games to keep you busy during your stay.

KITCHEN

Both modern kitchens are fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You'll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is indoor and outdoor dining areas.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The private backyard boasts 2 salt water, heated pools, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large cooler to keep your beverages cold. There's also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, a ping pong table, a corn hole, LED accent lights all around. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay.

Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $300 per stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Pool Service:
The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Wednesdays.

Landscaping Services:
To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done on Thursdays.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 6v vehicles.

We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters.

Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to both units, the backyard is connected.

10 Minute drive away from the amazing ft Lauderdale beach, few minute drive from Las Olas Strip in downtown Ft Lauderdale featuring lots of nearby restaurants, Lounges Nightclubs and Shopping Areas. This property is located 15-25 Minutes away from the FLL Airport. 18-25 Minutes away from Fabulous Hard Rock Casino. This is a Quite and family oriented Neighborhood.
