This is a privately owned unit at this beautiful, luxurious hotel. You will be able to enjoy its amenities, however, there are a few guidelines we must abide by.

FEES & DEPOSIT

1. MANDATORY FEES
RESORT FEE: Please provide a valid credit card and ID for the resort fee. $45.20/night (tax included) includes:
* 2 beach chairs and umbrellas *
Sunrise yoga classes
* 2-hour bike rental for 2 adults
* 2 bottles of water in room and on pool deck
* Local and toll-free calls
* Internet access
* Pool deck and hot tub access
* Fitness center

2. OPTIONAL FEES
VALET PARKING: $64.20/day (tax included) - payable in full at check-in for the length of your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require parking.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a $200 security deposit per night. This is NOT a charge, it is just a hold for incidentals. Anything charged to the room will be deducted from this deposit plus a 10% fee.

4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel or room. A minimum of $500 will be charged if the guest smokes in the room.

There is no room service, pay per use at all restaurants and bars.

Early check-in (4:00pm) and late check-out (11:00am) are not permitted.

There is no hotel assistance prior to check-in or after check-out with luggage.

The hotel requires guests to be at least 21 years of age to check in and use hotel amenities.
