Beautiful recently remodeled furnished and brightly lit house with 4 bedrooms and one den and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with 4 king beds and one individual bed as a TV room... The villa includes its own private backyard with a BBQ area and a large heated pool. The dining area seats up to 10 people. Brand new washer and dryer. Basic amenities like towels, kitchen utensils, cooking tools, white linens, hair dryer, and toiletries are included. The area is very calm, 2.4 miles away from the beach and lively areas with restaurants. Book now and enjoy an ideal location for a family vacation, kids are welcome!

Very timely response

This is a nice stay with a great location. Very responsive with questions. Mosquitoes were so bad, requested to have someone come spray if possible. They had someone there that morning. I guess June/July is when they are the worst. They were so bad even after spraying we could hardly sit out at night. Itā€™s my only complaint but not much we could do there. Not their fault! It was a nice stay!

Wonderful stay

The house was very clean and perfect for four couples. The host was prompt in responding to questions we had. The house is very clean and it was great to have beach towels provided. We were all very pleased with the house.

Great place convenient location

This place is super convenient to the beach, shopping, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Place was spotless and well equipped kitchen. Pool was great too. My only complaints are that in the pictures it shows a fusball table which my son was excited for but that didnā€™t exist, it says thereā€™s a hot tub which was one of the main reasons we chose it and that didnā€™t exist. The 5th bedroom has a bench pull out which is really not a bed at all and my 13 year old had to sleep on the sofa because it was so uncomfortable (all other rooms had great size and very comfortable beds).

Short stay for a family visit

We had a wonderful stay at this rental for a few days. Beds were comfy and it was convenient to have so many king beds! And TVs in all the rooms! The pool temp was perfect and we liked the palm trees all around, very tropical feel. We had pretty much everything we needed. The grocery store other food options were super close, the diner on Hayes was a good quick choice. We visited the beach park at the end of Sheridan and felt that the regular boardwalk along the beach seemed like a cleaner and nicer area of beach to swim in. It was a great location for us. We were positioned were most places we needed to go were under 15 min away. My family with my Dad, brother and nephews were quite comfortable. The listing mentions a bunk bed, there were no bunk beds. You can tell itā€™s a rental, itā€™s a nice house that does the job for a few days.

Property was very nice and very clean. Enjoyed our visit. Only thing was we went to check in at 430 and a washer was being delivered ( no big) but also project manager came while we were unpacking & just entered house without saying anything and grabbed a table and fixed outside. Just odd he didnā€™t explain, especially when we had just got to go in and were ready to relax. We also saw online a hot tub listed but there wasnā€™t one

Overall the house was very comfortable and clean. The house is a short drive from the beach and about a 30 minute drive to Hard Rock stadium. Upon arrival the pool needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. There was lots of debris from the surrounding palm tress in the pool. We contacted host and the pool guy came out the next day. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything. The only recommendation would be to add a Keurig coffee maker in additional to the full coffee pot maker. Loved the dresser full of beach towels. Iā€™d also recommend adding a side table with a lamp to den area. With only the overhead lights and no dimmers it was very very bright! And with the bedroom pocket doors having frosted glass, the light from den and eating area shined brightly into bedrooms. It was impossible to go to sleep if others were still up in den. Besides those few minor items, the house was comfortable, clean and host was very responsive.

The property had no Wifi or television the entire length of the stay. Upon arrival at 3pm (check in time) the cleaners were just arriving and we had to wait outside until they completed cleaning about an hour later. The property itself was nice with plenty of room in the house.

Great Vacation!

The property was everything and more than what is shown through VRBO. It was very comfortable, spacious, and well laid out for a group of six. Initially, there was an issue with the speed of the internet, but once Jannette was notified, she rectified it immediately. We could not have asked for a better response to the issue.

Amazing Place for Big Groups

This amazing house was perfect for our group of 8 people. The pool was great and the outdoor space was very nice. The host was great with communication and everything was found exactly as expected. I would stay here again if I needed to accomodate a large group.

Great spot! Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed staying here for our group. We came for a fishing trip, and this was the perfect spot to fit everyone. The only issue was there was no foosball table (like in the picture) and the coffee pot was missing from the kitchen. But the owner was very responsive over message, and we were able to get a replacement dropped off within an hour! Great spot to stay, thanks for hosting!

Didnā€™t expect to see rodents at this place.

I booked this property back in March for a Girls Trip. When we arrived, everything was clean except the pool. We had reservations for dinner so we left. When we arrived back to the house, the pool was cleaned out. So, someone came and cleaned the pool. While we were sitting at the table by the pool, a rat ran out of the tree and swam through the pool. We rushed back into the house, and a family member was standing up on the bed stating she saw a rat come out of the room. Sure enough, there was a rat in the house. I called the property owner but no one answered because it was after 11pm. At that time, we didnā€™t feel comfortable staying at the house, so we checked into the hotel. The property owner didnā€™t reach back till that morning. They tried to find another property but no luck. I didnā€™t feel comfortable going back to the house, so my Girls Trip with everyone being together was ruined. The money I paid for the place, I only received $1,326 dollars back. I lost $1,024 dollars because they donā€™t refund taxes and city fees. So, I will tell anyone renting this place to make sure you are willing to take a risk with rats being in the house and losing your money.
