Are you ready to indulge? Do you need some time and space - just for you? Or, are you planning a special occasion, a holiday beach getaway or are you simply someone who who wants a perpetual direct ocean view while working remotely? Then this unique, exclusive one of kind home home is the place for you! The moment you step out of your car, (private reserved space) plop down your bags, a few more steps brings you directly onto the beach. Immediately feel the sand beneath your toes and the smells, sights and sounds of the magnificent Atlantic Ocean, ready and waiting for you to enjoy endless water activities. Or if you would rather, enjoy the private peacefulness and solitude of your private courtyard, (exceptional for breakfast / coffee) just outside your door.

The house is in a no through traffic area, making it ideal for morning or evening walks, especially to the picturesque Pompano Beach Pier, where there is excellent dining and shopping.

If you want to venture out locally, enjoy a leisurely stroll on the newly completed pedestrian friendly walkways, in beautifully revitalized Pompano Beach. You’ll find yourself amid brand-new restaurants, bars, nightlife, entertainment and shopping activity at the Pompano Pier – overlooking Ft. Lauderdale to the south and Lighthouse Point to the north.

Fabulous vacation Spot!!

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing sunrises! We enjoyed walking every day to the pier, restaurants, shops. The house was set up with everything you need, comfortable bedding, nicely decorated, with extra touches too! We look forward to coming again!!

Amazing host and rental

This was one of the most amazing properties that we have stayed at - very clean, fully furnished and right on the beach. Julie, the host, was very pleasant to deal with and communicated with us very frequently. Highly recommend! Would definitely consider going back again next year.

Perfect Pompano Place

There are SO many wonderful things about this property. First off, working with Juli was an absolute pleasure. Her home is perfectly stocked, everything was very clean and ready to use! The treat basket was a lovely touch, and there's two baskets of "in case you forgot" inside the house too with toiletries and sunscreen/after sun. Very thoughtful. Perhaps the best part about this property is the location. It's RIGHT on the beach, which is very rare and exactly what you want when you're visiting Florida. No need to even wear your flip flops if you don't want to. There are things to bring to the beach like chairs/umbrellas. Everything was in great condition and the house is very well maintained. The street is very quiet, and theres easy access to stores and restaurants. Really its the perfect spot. :)

Perfect choice

This was our first time using VRBO, and we were very pleased with our experience. This property was exactly as advertised. The house had every amenity you could need including plush towels and a well supplied kitchen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were easily able to walk to restaurants, stores, and the pier. Juli, our host, was very accommodating and easy to work with. We had such a great experience with this rental and with VRBO.

Perfect location!

Great location, walking distance to pier and restaurants. Very clean home , equipped with everything you need, more than most rentals We arrived late due to flight delays and appreciated the welcome message, basket of treats as well as the restaurant suggestions that were in walking distance. Check-in was easy, host was very pleasant and helpful.

My family had a great stay at Juli's amazing place. Literally two steps from the sand from the paver patio gate. Walking distance to pier and tourist stuff if interested. First time to Pompano and really enjoyed it. Missing the sun and sand already!!

Excellent property and host!

Everything about this stay was stellar! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Super clean, well-stocked beyond any VRBO or other rental we’ve stayed in, and an excellent location on the beach. It’s in a residential area and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We did not hear any outside noise when we were in the house. We are runners and were able to run from the house for miles. So, we did not have to drive to a trail. Juli is a superb host and has gone above and beyond in terms of what she provides in the house and her responsiveness and communication. Truly the best in terms of our many VRBO and other rental experiences. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. It was such a treat to walk out the door and be right at the beach with chairs, towels and umbrella and more - if we had wanted.. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. The flat screen TVs were great. Juli also has information prepared for guests, including restaurant recommendations. We appreciated that and had great meals. We give the highest recommendation for this property and host.

2 tickets to paradise

When we booked our flights, we had no idea that our 2 tix to paradise would literally lead to 100 steps to the beach. From the moment we booked with Juli, the experience was a dream. The property was beautiful & surpassed our expectations! Juli was communicative & a lovely person. The property was a short walk to a variety of local restaurants, we could hear live music, grab groceries, visit a pharmacy & our fave - watch the sunrise over the ocean. The house was fully equipped with all the details including beach chairs, umbrellas & a kayak…which I used & thoroughly enjoyed! Parking is a non-issue & most days we had few…very few people around us on the beach. Of course the weekends brought out more folks, yet it still wasn’t as busy as we’ve seen elsewhere. It was literally a property that provided rest & relaxation. AND, if you’re like us & enjoy exploring the coast a bit, Miami Beach is just 30 miles south. Thank you, Juli. We hope our paths cross again #namaste.

Beach Getaway

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this home. We were greeted with a wonderful message from the hosts on the table along with snacks and all the goodies needed for the beach - sunscreen, water bottles, beach towels, and the obligatory aloe gel after you spend too much time in the sun. The cottage was VERY clean. We were fortunate to speak with both of the hosts who were very friendly and responded very timely to our limited needs.The cottage was perfect for us. The kitchen was functional with very nice appliances and well stocked with spices, olive oil, ziploc bags, aluminum foil, etc…. You really only needed snacks and food for any meals you might want. The bedrooms were very comfortable with TV’s in each. It is not a large cottage but it actually has 3 full baths. The den was very comfortable for us and a huge smart TV with a Sonos system that was very easy to operate. There is a small patio off the den that we didn’t use much as most of our time was on the beach which is literally right out the door and through the gate. The location is excellent - near dining, grocery stores, etc…. The Pompano Beach pier is about .5-.75 mile walk. The beach was not crowded in front of the cottage. It was crowded near the pier and further south. All in all, we had a great trip and loved the property.

Worth it for the sunrise alone!

This is a wonderful beach cottage, right on the water with the most spectacular sunrises each morning. Juli's house is well appointed, cozy and has all the charm you expect from an oceanfront house. She supplies much of what is needed for a week's stay, which is super convenient since you don't have to pack so much in your suitcase. You walk in, plop down your bags, walk a few feet and your toes are in the sand. There are lots of things to do/see within walking distance of the home and Juli has provided a few recommendations to get you started. I have done vacation rentals with my family for the past 20 years and I will say that Juli is the kindest and most thoughtful owner I've worked with. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Fantastic spot right on the beach. Within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, splash pad, etc. You can walk down the beach to the Beachcomber hotel for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the water, and even get a day pass for the pool. Great vacation!

Lovely beach escape

My family and I loved our stay at this lovely home on the beach. Beautifully decorated and updated with everything you need. The owner is delightful and the location is perfection. Would definitely stay at the same location if/when we come back to the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Perfect house on the beach

The location and house are perfect, especially if you are looking for a place where the back door leads straight to the beach. The pier is within walking distance and everything was so accessible. The best part about the property was the host! Juli was available all the way from booking through the stay and would respond to any and all queries immediately. She gave us great recommendations and was always so so helpful. I would highly recommend this house!

Calm, easy, beautiful...

My sister and I looked all over for this exact place! We were so happy with our stay. It was a working vacation--the wifi allowed us to take care of our work requirements! We spent the remainder of our time relaxing on what ended up being practically our own private beach! Juli is awesome--you just get the vibe that she wants you to have the most relaxing time! She thought of everything to make this the easiest trip you'll have. We didn't rent a car--walked everywhere or ordered in! I'm already looking forward to rebooking this property!

The perfect first family vacation

This was the best getaway for my wife and I and our 6 month old son. We wanted to be in house as close to the beach as possible. After searching the whole state of FL, this was the perfect fit. Steps from an amazing beach and a 10 minute walk down the boardwalk to get to the pier and all of the great restaurants around it. The house was very clean, newly renovated, and had everything we needed. Juli was a great host and was very accessible by phone and text whenever we had a question. And she had great suggestions of where to go and dine! We’ll be back again one day

Just Perfect

Excellent location. One step off the patio and you’re on the beach sand. Very safe neighborhood with some excellent restaurants nearby. My personal favorite was LUCKY FISH. Try the blackened mahi-mahi. Excellent beach house. Clean, well stocked and equipped. New appliances and fittings. Very clean and bright. Juli was extremely helpful and responsive. For sure this stay was the one all future stays will be measured against. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.
