Features include grand circular pavered driveway, foyer entry with impressive wood staircase , beautiful marble floors downstairs and custom wood bar .Gourmet Kitchen detailed with granite counter-top ,center island, gas stove and top of the line stainless steel appliance. Upstairs is designed with fine wood floor, a built in wood bookcase , huge master suite with fireplace ,master bath with Jacuzzi, Steam,and marble thru-out, sitting area and balcony (front and back)with endless views. Large patio with spa for entertaining 105`foot dock (rents separate) and sound system in every room, just enjoy we do the cleaning , House was totally re done ground up 2003

Beautiful home

We have stayed here before and LOVE it. Fantastic view, great neighborhood and perfect location. Five minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants and Winn Dixie. Manny, the property manager, is always available for any questions or needs that you may have. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous house and location

Manny and the owner were very responsive to texts and emails. Manny was at the house when we arrived and answered any questions we had promptly. The house had everything you needed and was spotless. We spent a lot of time outside watching boats go by. Very peaceful neighborhood and easy to get to. Highly recommended!

Great Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this home for Thanksgiving. Home was adequately stocked with all types of dishes and appliances needed to make family meals. Space amazing, home clean and beautiful. Property manager very responsive to texts and calls. Would stay again.

Honeymoon Retreat

This place has everything you could ask for! An awesome view- both outdoor and indoor!! The pool, hot tub, fishing/boating dock, pool table, and huge kitchen create an unbelievable space! This was an amazing place to spend a week and we would visit again in a heartbeat! Thank you for letting us stay!!!

Ft Lauderdale Fun

Clean, classy, elegant, quirky, fun home. Beautiful neighborhood, close to everything. Guillermo and Manny are great people who go the extra mile in every respect. Manny even mailed a package of items I mistakenly left in a drawer back to me. That is way over the top service. Our stay was a much better experience than I was anticipating. It was a blast just enjoying the beauty and weather and boats in the canal on the back deck. We had a wonderful time and will be back! Thanks again!!!

Christmas Vacation

The house was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Everything was as elegant and as clean as a 5 star hotel. Manny, was amazing and very accommodating answering every last question. Check in was flawless and the property was just great. It was a "have to get away trip." and this was the best house to stay at. It has a great big kitchen, a chef's dream. A nice pool and a great jacuzzi. The view of the water way is beautiful from the patio as well as from inside or from the balcony. The neighborhood is quite and the location is very convenient and central. We would definitely stay there again. Lovely home!

Great home and location!

This is a lovely home, with every amenity you could need, The host meet us there and gave us a great tour of the place and answered all our questions and also had a nice basket of treats made up for us- which the kids loved! the location is great- it is in a quiet friendly neighborhood but yet located conveniently to anywhere you need to be in Fort Lauderdale. The bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas were a definite added bonus! Our daughters also loved all the cute bunnies hopping around the neighborhood as well.:-)

Resort living

We stayed at this property during the Coronavirus pandemic. We couldn’t go anywhere so we had to entertain ourselves in the home. What a great place to be quarantined! The pool and hot tub were clean. The house was fully stocked with anything you need...tissues, toilet paper and everything you would need in the kitchen. Manny, the property manger greeted us when we got there. The house can easily accommodate 3 families. I would definitely highly recommend this property!

Luxury and great location!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The house is huge and in a great location (on water right off intracoastal) and a short walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, and bikes.

Great house!

Centrally located to all beach activities this waterfront home has a large entertaining area and amazing outdoor area with pool and hot tub. For boaters there are no fixed bridges to backyard dock. Beautiful home and fully stocked.

Wonderful Experience

This house is in the perfect quiet neighbourhood but near to the beach and restaurants. Having just finished a long stay at this property I can say without contridiction that it has everything you can possible need, and more, to have a great and enjoyable time. Plenty of space, lots of places to sit and read, relax or watch the world go by. Outside the pool and hot tub are just wonderful. Inside the house is large and has lots of large windows letting in the light. A couple of very minor problems were dealt with promptly by Mannie, the property manager. We will return to this house and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here in August and absolutely cannot wait to return! The house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The property was extremely well maintained and had amazing views. The short walk to the beach or Lauderdale by the sea was an added bonus. We were also welcomed and given a tour of the home by Manny who was a great host. We will be planning another vacation soon!

Beautiful home with many new updates.

This is the second time my husband and I have rented this lovely home. The new dining room furniture and all the new outdoor furniture were a welcome surprise this year. Some of our favorite features of this home are the the gorgeous intracoastal views, from every room, the huge 2nd floor master bedroom and spa-like bath, and the large professionally equipped kitchen. This is truly a one-of-a-kind rental. The home is very large and there is room to spare for many activities. The competition size pool table is a favorite of the family. Manny (the properties caretaker) will meet you at the door and explain the homes features. We hope to return for a third visit.

Wonderful 5 day stay. Only criticism is the upstairs 3rd bedroom is actually an office off of the master and walk through the master. Otherwise a beautiful home that is set up for outdoor living and a high end party. We will be back.

Amazing!

This home exceeded any expectations! We have stayed in numerous VRBO homes, and this was the cleanest home we have seen. The big windows open to the view of water and boats passing by. The pool was so much fun for our kids as well as the hot tub. The beach is a short walk, and grocery stores are right across the main road. The beds in this home are super comfortable, with televisions in each room. The kitchen is a dream to cook in with everything you need. I can not say enough about this home. We loved sitting on the top balcony to read or just sit and watch boat traffic. We had a wonderful experience, and hope to return one day.

Excellant property for the price, highly recommended.

We knew it was a big home but didn't realize how stunning it was. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was furnished with most everything we needed as we ate dinners at the home. It was a little odd upstairs as the one bedroom was adjacent to the master with no other entry. The location was great and convenient as we didn't do a lot of sight seeing just wanted to be with the other couple to catch up, they had small children. The ice maker was an issue in the bar and the hot tub needs to be replaced, everything else worked fine. The views out back and the pool were a great extra. We highly recommend the property for the price and value we received, Willie the owner and Manny the property manager were easy to deal with. Randy & Ginny
