To ensure your utmost comfort, the pool is kept at a constant and pleasant 88 degrees all day. In the evenings, we raise the spa's temperature to a soothing 100 degrees for relaxation. Rest assured, these temperature settings are seamlessly adjusted by our team from afar, and we're more than happy to make modifications to accommodate your preferences.

✔At Fox Island, we give our guests the autonomy to customize their experience. You have full control to adjust the swim spa to your preferred temperature at any time of the day or night, allowing you to create a uniquely comfortable environment tailored to your needs.

★ Quiet Hours are between 10 pm – 7 am
★ No smoking inside the house or near open doors & windows
★ No parties or events

★Garden maintenance is done once every 2 weeks
★Our staff collects and returns the trash bins in the driveway twice a week
