A synagogue can be reached in a short walk from the house, and just a short walk to the nearest church. If you’re in the mood for shopping, head over to the Galleria Mall, which is a short drive. You’ll find a vast array of restaurants nearby, many of which are within walking distance, ranging from Italian, Cuban, Mexican, Greek, and American cuisine to pizza places, late-night eateries, and fine dining at Pelican Grand Hotel just across the street. Stroll along the beach, swim in the ocean, get a suntan, go for happy hour at the Blue Martini, and then have dinner along the intercoastal waters at the Marano's, situated only 3-4 blocks away.
