This luxury property overlooks one of the top beaches in the United States, Deerfield Beach! Wake up everyday looking at the ocean and the beach and enjoy the most incredible sunsets you could only imagine, all from the privacy of the home and patio! You will love this beachfront neighborhood with its top rated restaurants, fantastic shopping, daily entertainment, and a fishing pier that is fun for the whole family. This property is in immaculate condition! You will not find a property with better views anywhere overlooking the ocean and beach at such a fantastic price!

Enjoy the sound of the ocean waves throughout the house!

***Refundable security deposit is processed within 1-2 hours of check-out. We want our guests to know immediately that there is no pending issue in regards to their security deposit. All our past guests have been very appreciative about how fast we refund the deposit.

***The rental is the beach side, half of a 2-unit one floor building***

**Living Room: Living area is appointed with a new leather sofa sleeper, a love seat and a 48 inch flat screen TV with Netflix and Comcast cable HBO. You have unobstructed ocean view for the living room.

**Master Bedroom: It has a new king-sized bed with all new cotton linens. It comes with an en suite bathroom. It has a 39 inch HDTV with Netflix and Amazon Prime video.

**2nd Bedroom: It features a new queen-sized bed with new cotton linens and plenty of space. It has a 39 inch HDTV with Netflix and Amazon Prime video.

**Kitchen: It has a convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a double sink. Granite counter top. All dishware are lead free.

**Laundry Room: Full size GE washer and dryer.

Marc was super flexible with our arrival time and met us at the gate. Gave us a tour and made sure we were settled. The beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect. And it was nice to have a pool to jump into every now and again.

Awesome location in front of the beach, close walking distance to restaurants (also on the beach), and friendly locals. Host was great. House was stocked with everything you need, including beach accessories and even the often-forgotten cooking essentials, such as sugar, salt, pepper, spices, etc.

It was a great location so we were no obligated to drive the kids to the beach they could just walk to it as well as restaurants close by allowed them a great amount of freedom. Check was great we arrived early and our host was very responsive and accommodating!

Give Deerfield Beach a Try

Exceptionally well stocked home located on beach walk along Deerfield beach. It was nice to be on ground level with easy access and lots of light. The best VRBO's are those where you work directly with the owner. In this case, Marc and Debbie live next door so it went perfectly.

Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Nice house and perfect location for easy access to the beach! We had 4 adults and 1 toddler and the house was the perfect size for us. The beach is right across the street. It took us longer to put sunscreen on our toddler than to get down to the beach. It’s also a quick and easy 10ish min walk to restaurants, shops and ice cream from the house along the beach. Beds are comfy and the house had all the amenities that we needed. We will definitely be back! Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely house!

Absolutely amazing! Impeccably clean, awesome location, super comfy beds! Thank you for giving us the ease of a true vacation. The property had everything you need and want. Beach House Gem!

The location was fantastic! Situated right across the street from the beach and a shower to rinse off, we couldn't ask for a better location. There was no traffic to speak of and everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. The house is close to the restaurants and shops near the beach, though walking might be a challenge if you aren't in good health. All in all we loved the house!

Marc was great to work with. He allowed us a late check out when we arrived a day late due to flight cancellation. Really loved the location of the house. Nice beach right across the street with lots of shells and fun waves. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Took a trip on short notice with 3 kids and what a great place to make great memories. Clean and well furnished in so many ways. Location is perfect, close to family friendly beach area. Kids had a great time. Excellent host and communication. Thank you so much.

Awesome family vacation at Marc’s Place

Best location for an active family, steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, ice cream. The little pink villa was just the right size to give everyone in our group the space they needed, was clean and well stocked. Marc was a great host, very helpful. Hope to be back soon!

Fabulous Location!

This is a fabulous location, great view, you can easily walk to the pier and restaurants, etc. It's a 15 minute drive to FAU. The house is cute, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The Owner/Property Manager was great to deal with. We will definitely stay again!!

Great Find

We came to the pink house on the beach as a senior trip to celebrate our son's high school graduation. As we were walking to the beach one day during our trip, my son turned to me and said, "This place was such a great find!" Couldn't agree more with him. The location was perfect. The beach was never crowded and the water was so clear and calm. We took a day trip down to the Florida Keys to snorkel and took in a Miami Marlins baseball game during our stay. The host was always quick with communication and helping us with anything we needed during our stay. Our only regret...we didn't book the house for a longer stay!

Great Place, Best Location

We loved our stay and are looking forward to staying again next summer. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. Marc and his wife are very attentive and we had no issues during our stay. The location is unbeatable. The beach access is directly across the quiet, single lane, one way street. You can walk to all of the shops, restaurants, and the pier. We have two boys, 6 and 9 and they had a blast. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach cart that made lugging everything to the beach very easy. Get up early at least one day and watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while enjoying your coffee on the front patio.

Great Deerfield Beach House

Rent this house if you get the chance! Direct beach access in a clean safe neighborhood. On a very popular beachfront walking path, great people watching from the oceanside front patio. My girlfriend and I couldn't have loved it more. the home was great with smart TV's in all rooms and a short walk or free shuttle to plenty of great restaurants and pubs as well as the Deerfield Beach Pier! Marc was a considerate and attentive host, this place was a 10

Amazing location

The house is so well located and well equiped. You are directly at the beach, crossing the street is the beach entrace and shower - very convenient. You will find everything you need. Also, it is very clean and the owner is available for any questions. There is equipement for kids and you can walk to a nice little park with a play area (5 min walk). You are also very close to restaurants. Perfect house for a beach vacations.
