Ocean view/beachfront with balcony on its own private beach (Fort Lauderdale). Very well furnished, 1 king bed, 1 twin folding bed, table with 2 chairs, full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware set), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safety box and complementary amenities, including towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, coffee are provided. The place has a large heated pool, tiki sports bar/restaurant, pool cabanas available, new five star italian restaurant "Casa Calabria", beauty salon, gift ship, jewelry, and much more. The unit has a fantastic ocean view balcony with a table and 2 chairs where can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or rest from a busy and sunny beach day. Walking distance to many shopping plazas, Mc Donalds, Dunkin Donuts, Winn Dixie, Bank of america and more restaurants and entertainment.Valet parking $18 per day unlimited in and out, umbrellas and lounges chairs available for rent from hotel ($10 each), no charge for pool lounges. Coffee shop in lobby . Also you can enjoy the local activities, such as local free trolley, jets skis, paddleboards, kayaks, bike rentals, dive shops, water taxi, sports bars, nightlife entertainment, fishing pier, deep-see fishing and parasailing, just to mention some.
The property is located around 30 min away from Fort Lauderdale Airport and Port Everglades.
Notice: For those who want to rent during spring break, this is from March until mid of April, be aware that building is going to be with spring breakers.

Fort Lauderdale Condo

The condo and the room was beautiful and right on the beach! We loved the Tiki bar, they had delicious food and drinks! It was convenient to be close to a Winn Dixie grocery store, souvenir shop and McDonalds all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable Ocean front

This room was perfect for me and my husband, we enjoyed the everything about it. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast. The balcony was jus right the scenery was everything. It was nice and cleaned and had everything we needed inside to enjoy! We'll definitely come beck here. I didn't want to leave

Great property

Property was just as described. Very clean and extremely well supplied with a nice view. My husband and I stayed here with our teenage son for five days in April. The bed is SO comfortable. Even the pullout was pretty comfy. McDonaldā€™s and Dunkin and beach supply store within very easy walking distance. The area is clean and upscale. Room is right beside a rarely-used elevator so itā€™s easy to get in and out. The resort is nice. More of a place for families with older children than young, I would say. Beach is lovely. You can rent chairs and umbrellas and towels from the hut near the tiki bar and they set them up for you. Price is affordable and you get a refund on the towels when you return them at the end of the stay. My son made friends and they spent time playing volleyball. Tiki bar is convenient for drinks and food but is a little pricey, of course. They will give you a bucket of ice to take on the beach if you want to purchase some beers or water and will refill it if you need more ice. The only detriment was that later in the evening the tiki bar got a little sketchy. We went down for some late night drinks and a snack and ended up taking it back to the room because it was uncomfortable for us to stay. The ā€œwe need to get out of here right nowā€ type of uncomfortable. It was just unexpected and surprising since we had been having such a great time. Overall, the room is wonderful and perfect for a couple and in a great area convenient to everything.

A little disappointed

We booked this property for an overnight stay after our cruise, particularly because it had advertised a washing machine. We had been on a cruise and the next day were heading to a resort, so we knew we would need to do a load of washing. The laundry is not in the apartment but a paid facility in the basement. The laundry requires you to pay 5 USD for a card with a nil balance and the minimum you can load is 10. So, for us, our 1 load of washing and drying cost us 26 AUD!! The host could at least provide a card for guests to use (or update the listing with these details). We did suggest this and were advised the laundry system had recently changed...but the signage and instructions in the laundry were old, so that was a disappointing response. The other disappointing factors were that the apartment does not have its own internet and it is hard to sleep due to noise. We contacted the host about the internet on arrival as the login details provided did not appear on the wifi list, and we were advised to use the free internet for the entire building. After a few hours of almost non existent access (between 1 and 2mps!) we contacted the host again and were given a password for another network, but still for the building (this was better, but top speed was 50mps and streaming TV was intermittent).The noise was an issue as there is a lift outside the front door, and no soundproofing. Besides that everything was great! Beach and tiki bar were very nice- really enjoyed both. Grocery store was only 2 blocks away and circuit rides are free. Host was very responsive to our needs. Would stay again

Great location!

We were in town for the boat show and stayed two nights. The condo is very well equipped and beautifully decorated! Thereā€™s an excellent view of the beach and many places to eat and shop within walking distance. Thereā€™s a plaza with a Winn Dixie, Liquor Store and pizza place a 5 minute walk away. The staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful! I only have a couple gripes: The balcony is private, but the unit being on the corner means that if you are in the left corner of the balcony you can see into the balcony next door and vice versa. Small thing, but worth mentioning. Also, as others have said, the ac is pretty loud but we werenā€™t overly bothered by it. We had a great stay and were very pleased with the location!

Perfect for 2!

The place was perfect for 2 people. All necessities needed were supplied, bath and beach towels, soaps, toilet paper, etc.. What we did buy (didnā€™t need to but wasnā€™t sure, including a beach chair), we left for the next visitors. Check in and out was amazing, they take care of everything! There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella but they were quite rusty so I can understand those not being added with rental listing. Location was great, small coffee shop in the lobby was nice. There is a little boutique in the building but the lovely lady working would not let us browse around, she wants to shop for you, so we cannot review this part. We witnessed another couple attempting to look around who were pushed out as well but it did look like a cute boutique. The front desk attendants were very kind as well as valet. I would highly recommend this unit!

Perfect Beach Get Away!!

Loved the Condo. Ocean view was perfect. Clean and cozy. 6 minute walk to Winn Dixie. Many shops and restaurants just across the street. The TIKI Bar sold me. Food was great and people were very fun! Met so many people by the pool and ocean that come back year after year. Will be back!!!!

Anniversary Trip
