• A complimentary starter set of essential supplies is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to plan for additional items.

• Child safety pool fence is available for $150 per stay and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

• BBQ use is available for $100 per stay and must be requested in advance.

• Pre-approved early check-in and late checkout are available for $50 per hour, subject to scheduling and availability.

• Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 registered guests. Outside visitors are not permitted without prior written approval.

• The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for relaxing stays.

• Exterior security cameras (outside only) and noise monitoring devices are in place for safety and compliance.

• Driveway parking only. Maximum of 4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
