Cozy Duplex overlooks the water and is within walking distance of the beach!


This cute, comfortable two-bedroom unit was just remodeled with a new bathroom vanity, an entire floor, a new refrigerator, Flat-Screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and internet. It is on the waterway with a dock and pool and an easy walk to the beach three blocks away. Also, walk to restaurants, a fishing Pier, stores, and nightlife in Lauderdale by the Sea. It is completely set up with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the view and the nearby beach.

This unit is a DUPLEX with a pool shared by both sides.

The homeowner reserves the right to change the unit as booked based on availability. All apartments have the same layouts and features, but some colors may vary.

Just what we needed….. 2 bed 2 bath….. convenience to friends and places to eat…… however it is somewhat in need of some repairs….. but over all good space and clean!

The host was incredibly accommodating. We were struggling because of a medical emergency incident and she worked with us so thoughtfully. We needed to extend and she did everything she could to help us during a very difficult time.

The condo was in a great location, an easy walk to the beautiful beach and fun town. There are great restaurants in town and a fun center where we enjoyed sitting under the umbrellas in the shade and “people watching.” I most enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool and watching the boats on the water. Way to many creatures could not even sit by the pool they where every where. no bar soap for showers or pods for dishwasher. Also one of the TV remotes needed batteries and could not get the internet to work.

Location was good. Sabrina was quick to respond to a small issue. The beds were not super comfortable for us in either room. The AC was ok. A lil cooler at night would have been nice. Overall a good stay!!

This duplex was fantastic! The location in LAUDERDALE BY THE SEA is so convenient!You can walk everywhere for dining or to the beautiful beach. VRBO is always there to help if you should need anything.

Perfect

Very big unit. Very clean. Very nice pool.Excellent air conditioning! Easy to navigate all of Lauderdale . We were in town for my son’s Wedding. The condo was a nice quiet spot with everything we needed and actually a very big 2 bedroom. Everything was perfect for us.

Little skeptical when we drove up the front of the property needs a bit of TLC. Now I can see why there were no pictures in your ad. The house is 95% updated inside. The sliding door is impossible to open and you couldn’t open it anyway, because it doesn’t have a screenscreen, so we were glad

Excellent position

The property was in an excellent location. Ther were a number of issues- in the master bedroom the wardrobe doors ( plastic) were damaged and prone to falling off. The sliding doors in the second bedroom were difficult to close and required lubricating. There were only four sun beds for the 2 properties, one of which was in poor condition. After checking out a claim was made against insurance for 6 stained towels- we had washed all the used towels on the day before we left and only the towels we used on departure day were unwashed.Whilst the pool deck was fine for adults we would not recommend it for children as there was no fencing to the inland waterway.

Everything was as advertised. Sabrina was there for all calls and emails. The property/house was everything as advertised. Extremely clean and beautiful. Pool + walk to beach = perfection

Our family of 3 loved this cozy duplex with its modern finishes, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. We walked to the beach every day (sometimes more than once), and we enjoyed cooling off/relaxing in the canal-view pool between beach trips and other excursions. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood that’s within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and a short drive to shops and grocery stores. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and hosts kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first visit to Fort Lauderdale. The Cozy Duplex was a great location. Short walk to the beach and downtown. Quiet area. Excellent place for boat owners. The canal was a beautiful view. Sabrina was an excellent host. She is always available and accommodating!

Girls get a way

This was a nice home and would have gave it a 5 star if it wasnt for the pool. We couldn't swim in it for three days, and only staying 4. and the pool was the main reason we got it. My stay was then shortened,as i received some horific news that my son and 3 other's had been murdered. Was really bummed about spending that kind of money, and never got to enjoy the pool. No compinsation or anything. The pool was why we wanted this home.

Perfection!

This property was perfect! The duplex itself was beautiful! The pool and being on the end of the canal made the views breathtaking and the location was so close to everything we wanted. Sabrina was quick to get back to us with any issues that we had. It was a fabulous vacation!

Terrific Property - Great Location

Property description is spot on. Location is great - very close to the beach, but not so close that you have the foot traffic on your doorstep. Very responsive and pleasant management. Highly recommend.

Very nice duplex

We enjoyed our week! It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The duplex was clean and had everything we needed. The host answered our questions in a timely manner. Even though it was spring break time, the neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again!
