During our stay we experienced multiple issues that were never resolved. There were no instructions for the A/C, and we eventually discovered it only cooled the master bedroom. The dishwasher did not work and was never fixed. The pool did not heat properly.The coffee machine and oven were unusable, there was no propane for the grill, and the oven smoked due to heavy grime. Linens had holes, towels and sheets had a strong scent and had to be rewashed, and there were no extra blankets or decent pillows.We contacted the host multiple times, but he was unavailable and issues were not addressed. A refund was discussed but never provided. Overall, the condition and lack of responsiveness made the stay very disappointing.

This house was just perfect for our stay We celebrated Thanksgiving with family that rented a home down the street ..It was just so nice just to come back after a long day of cooking and hosting .. just to relax watch tv and in the morning sit by the pool with coffee.The house was well stocked with everything we needed to relax . The pool was a comfortable temperature, beds were comfy .

Great location on Intercoastal

First time staying at Pompano Beach and house was great. Close to stores and restaurants but still was super quiet. Backyard is private and backs to intercoastal. Weather was perfect and much needed nice weather traveling from the Northeast. Spent most of the day in backyard. House had everything needed for comfortable stay and super clean. Management team very responsive with painless checkin process and hardly any work before checkout! Would definitely stay again!

Phenomenal house in a great location

We loved everything about the house. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The backyard with the pool, lounge chairs, and the water view was so perfectly relaxing. The location really can't be beat - it is very quiet yet close to everything (there is a grocery store, Marshalls, CVS, etc. right around the corner.) An easy 9-min drive to the beach, which is not too crowded and has ample inexpensive parking. Zac is very responsive and communicates quickly and clearly. We had an amazing time and hope to be back soon!

Great spot for a dive vacation

Property was very clean and just as advertised in the pictures. The pool and covered porch were great. Location was right around the corner from the grocery store and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely rent this house again when on the area.

Just Right

The house and the property are kept beautifully. It is sparkling clean and totally comfortable. Sonia is outstanding and the whole experience was just great. Excellent property, excellent host for a quiet family getaway! We would book this again in a heartbeat.

Excellent property!

This place was extremely clean! We loved the lounge chairs by the pool! The beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. They had a ton of beach towels for us to use. The sunsets were amazing every evening! Sonia was awesome to work with ahead of time and also during our stay. This place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This was the perfect property for a quick family vacation so that we could all be in the same place for the weekend, safely. The outdoor space was fantastic with plenty of room by the pool to hang out or sit by the fire pit. The inside was sparkling clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There were plenty of beach towels for pool time. The neighborhood was great and less than 3 minutes from the grocery store, restaurants for takeout and coffee. All around, very comfortable and enjoyable!

Absolutely perfect for our family!

We could not have had a nicer or easier experience than the one we had at this comfortable home. Sonia made everything so easy and was so welcoming and responsive if we ever needed her. It was just enough space for our family of four, the kitchen was well stocked and the home was absolutely spotless- and I’m pretty picky when it comes to staying in a rental home. The house is in a very good central location on a beautiful canal, and the neighbors were all pleasant. Just an all around great experience! We will be back!

Simply fantastic

Sonia is fantastic as the property manager. She makes it so easy to feel comfortable immediately. Everything about the place is even better than the description. Fully equipped, bring yourself and supplies!

Wonderful trip!

We had a great time staying at the house. It was incredibly clean, organized, and had all the great amenities like tons of beach towels, chairs, and pool toys. Sonia was so great to meet. She was always happy to help us and always available to answer any questions we had. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Excellent Home with everything

My wife and I booked this home from March 06, to March 13,2020. Sonia the property manager is very responsive on emails, texts and phone calls. Also Sonia was willing to meet us and show and explain how everything worked for the house. Sonia is very professional and it was a pleasure dealing with her. This house has everything you would need and then some to make your vacation a pleasure to stay at. The beds were very comfortable, house was very clean, plenty of towels for the pool which is heated, the back outdoor living space is landscape beautifully, the neighborhood is very quiet and very relaxing. If your looking for a peaceful location that is close to everything but quiet and peaceful this is the place. My wife and I will be booking this house for next year. Thanks to Sonia for making our vacation so pleasurable. Jim & Tracy

Enjoyed our stay!!

We were traveling as a family of 5 and only stayed for a few short days but everything was great. The house was exactly as listed, Sonia was very kind and responsive. The backyard is quite nice for relaxing, pool and veranda were awesome. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking for a nice spot away from the beach. All needed amenities were within a few blocks...

Amazing Stay!!!!!

This house itself is incredible. Sonia, the caretaker, is meticulous, kind, responsive and truly cares about you having the best experience possible. The house was immaculate. I am very very picky about cleanliness and everything was literally spotless. The house is well-designed, well-located and the pool area (where we spent all of our time) was phenomenal! We had so much fun. Thank you for the chance to rent such a beautiful house!!

Truly is a "Slice of Paradise"!

This waterfront house in Pompano Beach really is wonderful, with all the extras to make it feel like home. The décor, furnishing and bedding were to a very high standard. The outside space is simply wonderful – the pool is perfect, garden immaculate and an amazing view of the waterway. However, the excellent standard and cleanliness of the house is surpassed by the hospitality of Sonia – nothing is too much trouble! Sonia took the time to meet us at the house and explain where everything was. She also communicated before, during and after our stay by WhatsApp, which we found very helpful. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! This really is “a beautiful slice of paradise”. Many thanks again Sonia!

Family vacation

This was our first time visiting this area. We will definitely come back. The house was fantastic. Very clean, organized, and stocked with anything you need! The house was decorated and furnished beautifully, but still felt homey. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Sonia was wonderful! She was welcoming and helpful! She was available anytime I had a question. We could have stayed in Pompano and found plenty of things to do and places to eat. We did venture out to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and Key Largo. The location of the house made it easy. We would stay here again. I would highly recommend this house, especially if you’re goal is a quiet, relaxing stay.

Excellent Family Trip

This place is a gem of a property. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful but so close to everything at the same time. The house and views are nothing short of spectacular. Sonia could not possibly be more hospitable and accommodating. She has thought of every little detail. We did not want to leave. Definitely renting again in the future.

Simply wonderful

This property is simply wonderful. We traveled there are three teenage children and had plenty of room the pool was wonderful and the kids really enjoyed themselves. The house is well-stocked with just about everything you will need for a wonderful family vacation it’s a small jaunt to the beach and there’s plenty to eat nearby. Wish we had booked fo two weeks. Sonia is incredibly responsive and welcoming. We will be back.
