The property is in a great location, just five minutes to downtown by foot. It's only 30 seconds to the beach. The property owner was very responsive, and allowed me to check in 1.5 hours early. But the apartment is not as nice as advertised. The laminate floors are buckling, so you cannot walk barefoot inside. The apartment has been updated, but it wasn't done well. It looks like the contractor who did the work did it for the first time. It's just shoddy work. I thought this would be a better option than staying in a hotel, but I would not stay here again.
