- Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features.
- Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.

- King size bed in the bedroom
- Queen sized sofa sleeper
- Pac and Play and High Chair provided.

BATHROOM: (1)
- Provided with a starter set toilet paper and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET:
- Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
- Coin operated laundry room.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: 2 Smart Tv with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

GARBAGE:
- Dumpster is through the breezeway to the parking lot straight ahead.

The place was nice. Thanks to MS changing my MSN account, I would have had all the info to get into the unit. We didn't have any TV, the living room TV wasn't working. I mentioned it, but no one came to fix it.

Steps to the beach

The best thing about this place is the location to the beach and boardwalk. Furniture needs updating living room furniture very outdated and not comfortable. Kitchen and bath have been updated. Air conditioner very noisy.

Fabulous stay in an area we've not been before

The only hiccup we had was finding the place. The address is accurate but the parking and am entrance are the next road over (New Hampshire St). Great updates to an apartment helping VRBO. We were lucky and met our neighbor while we were looking. She was an asset to the facility! Partial ocean view and on the second floor. Comfortable bed and living quarters although we weren't in there so much. Definitely wet well stay again! Thanks team!

Excellent location!

I am blown away by how great our stay was. This is a great condo steps from the Hollywood boardwalk. It’s a quiet location away from the party, but if you want to be apart of the hustle and bustle it’s an easy walk. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our week. The host went above and beyond with answering questions. I recommend checking out the parking before you arrive. It’s easy if you know how the streets are set up but can be confusing if you don’t. I would gladly stay here again. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our beach vacation.

Cute, Clean & Affordable Apartment on Hollywood Beach!

My husband & I stayed at this adorable apartment for a week, as we went to Florida for the Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins game. It's right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk & close to everything. Will definitely come back.

SCAM DETAILS AND PICTURES!

It’s hard to summarize this property. I don’t typically write reviews as my husband travel around the world monthly… We own a hair salon and we sent one of our stylist and her mother for her 10 year Salon anniversary to Florida. It was a surprise trip and supposed to be so meaningful. Their flight landed around 9 PM on June 1, the Uber driver could not find the property as it is actually on Lee Street not at the actual address given by the property host. The property host refused to give a door code until about 11:30 PM that night. It took our friends over two hours just to get into the property only to find it infested with bugs, smelled profoundly of bleach and mold, you could not see the beach at all. It’s in front of a building , the photos of the boardwalk or a walk. It is not beachfront. Given the cleanliness, embarrassment, lack of communication with the host for our friends to ultimately stay at Margaritaville on the boardwalk for around the same price. Just look at these pictures of this property and compare them to the photos. They have listed on this account. It was our first time Ever being scammed by a property host. I never write reviews but this one is two help people looking for a vacation with this property actually looks like.

Best Vacation Ever!

The property was fabulous for my husband and I. Right out the door is the beach and Broadwalk. Quick drive to Walmart and parks and trails. Comfortable enough to cook your meals in the condo. We enjoyed rollerblading at night. You’re located at the north end of the broadwalk so more family/ couple oriented. Away from the hustle and bustle of the more central location. We plan on using ValGal and Hollywood Beach every year! We fell in love! We even got to see a giant sea turtle on the beach at night laying her eggs. The place was clean. Very comfortable bed. The only thing I suggest is providing one more beach chair like the body glove one which was comfortable.
