Beautiful house with everything you need in a great location. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. There is a canopy above the pool that doesn’t allow mich sun directly in the pool. The outdoor kitchen area is perfect. All basic utensils, pots, pans, cups etc...are provided. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host was very reaponsive and helpful. We would vacation here again.

Frank, the host was first class from the beginning of the to the end of our stay in Florida. Frank is very attentive to detail, cleanliness of home, and caring for his customers as a host. In our case, we were fragrance & detergent sensitive and he was very caring to provide brand new linen sheets as the cleaning service used scented detergent. We appreciated the care! The home is centralized in Hollywood, Florida with various restaurants within walking distance, sightseeing, opportunities, and near grocery store chains. The amenities of the house provided satisfactory needs for a family of 4 or more people. I appreciated our stay and would return to stay in this home during another season of life.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. First and foremost, Frank, the owner of the property, was wonderful. He checked in on us when we arrived via phone and said we could call anytime if we had questions. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants. Hollywood beach is a close 6 -10 minute car ride. We stayed here with our main focus of attending a Miami Dolphins Game. We took a 20 uber to the game which is about 20 minutes to the stadium. Side note, an uber after the game will cost 5x that to get home because of all the fans using the service at the same time. The home was very clean with 3 excellent bedrooms and a huge couch in the living room. 2 bedrooms have bathrooms and showers and the 3rd bathroom was off the hallway. Great kitchen and the outdoor HEATED pool and hot tub were a plus. Also a large outdoor bar and gas grill if you're looking to do some outside cooking. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the Hollywood area.

Wonderful Place

Place has an amazing pool and outdoor kitchen, the backyard space cannot be beat, the property is clean and spacious and has everything you can need. We had a plumbing issue with a toilet malfunctioning and the host was extremely prompt and had it fixed asap, we appreciate you doing that. Highly recommend this property.

Great place!

This place was exceptional and I would highly recommend. The bedrooms were all very large (2 king beds and a queen bed) and the bathrooms were all updated. The kitchen and living room was very large and open. The best part was the outside kitchen (sink and grill with eating area) the pool and spa was great. House was clean and neighborhood was safe.

Great stay

We enjoyed our time in Hollywood at Francisco’s property. He was very accommodating and responsive to any questions and requests. The location can’t be beat. Close to the downtown area that has many good restaurants to choose from. Also an easy short bike or car ride away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice urban feel. Was enjoyable to come back to the outdoor pool and BBQ area after a day out and about. Thanks Francisco for a great stay!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was great, nice clean home and property, amazing back yard, pool and spa, and the owner was one of the best we’ve dealt with. We have rented numerous vacation properties and Frank was so friendly and helpful. He checked in periodically to make sure all was going smoothly and to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again!

It’s got everything you need

This property was done right. Open concept, bright, airy, and roomy, and very comfortable. It had everything you needed, which is rare for rental properties. The owner was flexible and very responsive. The outside is beautiful, and the pool was warm, perfect for the current weather. Would highly recommend!

Right in the Heart of Hollywood

Perfect home and location for a S Florida getaway. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of living room and kitchen space. Plus, a nice pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and grill, and private car port. The home was impressively clean and organized and the landscape and pool/spa were well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is a great place to unwind after a long day of adventure. This property is only 3 blocks from Artspark, which often hosts community events like movie night or concerts. It’s only a few blocks to downtown Hollywood where there are lots of great eateries, a couple of gelato shops, and some entertainment. Finally, it’s less than 2 miles to the Hollywood boardwalk and beach. The host was very accommodating and touched based occasionally to ensure all was well. I would recommend this property for anyone planning a stay between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

Great location + heated pool!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay. The location of the property was great since Young Circle Park, Hollywood Blvd, and even a Walgreens were well within walking distance. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic!
