Our room was lovely. The front staff lady was nice and so was the bartender for our dinner. What was terrible, was the free shuttle service advertised. We called from the airport and waits 20 minutes for the driver which was fine. Note that the van says ‘’Four Points’ on it’s side doors so that was tricky. Next though was the driver making us wait 30-40 min inside his van. He disappeared to make several phone calls. We believe he was waiting to find other customers. Sorry, but that is not okay. He could have dropped the five people he currently had and circled back for a second round. I didn’t think it was right. I was fine with waiting 20 min and then going to drop off ‘four points’ customers, but other than that, it went beyond feeling frustrated at the delay to start our check in at Cambria.
