"Disaster and disgusting! They promised a non smoking room but the only thing about their non smoking rooms are the signs on the door! The rooms smelled of mold and in some areas cheap cleaner. They have a no refund policy, that means, you have to pay them for a room and they do not have to give you anything of what the agreement stated. I tried 2 different rooms and I walked in and right back out in less than a minute of each room. If cigarette smoke and mold doesn't bother you then yes there...

"This place should not even allow guests to stay!!! It's that filthy! Pot smell in hallways, bathroom tub was black with dirt, mildew, the transmission between the mirror and sink had been ripped off and left with nothing, stained sheets and stained towels, ripped up tissue on the floor rug. The pool was apparently closed but the staff didn't offer this info. There was no door going into pool area and mattresses and chairs stacked up. The pool had water but looked like it had algae and bugs...

"The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. I knew the pool was not available because of construction on the property.That was confirmed at check-in with an offer of a full refund. However, I was not aware that construction also affected available parking, which was very limited, and the ice machine on my floor was removed (because it didn't work?). However, the location is suburb for concerts at the Hollywood Casino at Penn National, Grantville PA...

"We arrived to our room already occupied by a man laying in the bed. We are very lucky he didn't act under the assumption we were breaking into his room and attempt to defend himself. The only available room left was a single bed room, and we ordered two queens. Truly awful experience."

"Blankets had yellow stains on them. The mattress had a maroonish stain on it. We asked for a different room due to the stains on our bedding and mattress and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I checked out 2hrs later and they witheld money for the whole weekend even though i left because the room was dirty and the pool was closed 2hrs early for no apparent reason. I will neverrr everrr reccommend this place and it should be listed as a motel."

"The room was not the cleanest and for it being a new hotel it was in pretty poor shape (some outlets didn’t work, found ants in the bathroom, stains already on the walls and bench in our room). The breakfast wasn’t bad, it’s you’re typical hotel breakfast. For a quick and cheap stay I guess it’s okay."
