"The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. "

"First I was given a room that was on the second floor and no working elevator. No one offered to take our items to our room until I asked. A hotel at this level should have a bellman and valet especially during the weekends. Our room was small but clean with a small window to see the river. Our bed was an old mattress with flat pillows. The rooms needed luggage racks because no place to set luggage off the floor. The bathroom was very small but clean. Shower was dripping constantly and leaked...

"They didn't have key cards for us. So we had to go to desk to get let up to 2nd floor and into our room. Very inconvenient. Town was walkable so we wanted to be in and out if our room. Instead we tried to minimize coming and going. Coffee machine failed. No horizontal surfaces to set anything down. The staff were more than willing to try to make up for the shortcomings of the room and equipment. But, they couldn't."

"Rooms were lovely and fresh....newly remodeled . Issue with tiny ants in bathroom on floor Tea towel would have been nice Mats a doors due to snowy boots No sheets if you were to use couch Bedroom TV didn't work....wasn't connected Bed so compfy .Area safe and quiet Area "
