"Very comfortable. Nothing fancy but has everything you need. The golf cart makes it easy to get to the beach. Fenced yard makes taking dogs on vacation a breeze. Close to downtown Lexington. I will return in the future!"

"The house and cottage are beautifully decorated and up to date. The beach is spacious and not crowded with visitors. The jet spa was clean and in a good location. There are kayaks, a paddle board, beach toys, and beach chairs. "

Large kitchen and dining area with plenty of room for the whole family. Had a wonderful vacation at the Blue Water Beach House. "

"This little cottage is so cute and perfect for just two people. It's close to so many local places (Lakeview donut shop was sadly closed and for sale) and walking distance from the water! The hot tub is a nice touch and although its not covered and there's neighbors, it still felt pretty private/relaxing. If you like coffee/tea I highly recommend Lexington Coffee Co and for a good burger and/or good fish and chips, Lakeport Tavern is a must-their service was awesome too!! Id love to return to...

"Beautiful property, ample room for extended family, great location, easy walk down the yard to the beach. Hot water, great water pressure in the showers , comfortable beds! Bob and Pemra were gracious hosts- everything was provided and we had a wonderful stay! Having 2 bedrooms on the main level and 3 bathrooms total was fantastic! We hiked, swam, and explored! So clean, absolutely no bugs in the house, a rock hounds dream coupled with a private sandy beach! "
