Great house and location!
We stayed at this house while taking our oldest child on college visits to CSU and CU and loved it! The location was perfect, within walking distance of the college and tons of restaurants. The house was perfect for our group, which included my wife, 3 kids and 3 of our kid's friends who came along for the college visits. Communication from the property manager, Stacy, was excellent and helped ensure we had all of the details we needed. If we're in the area again in the future, we will definitely stay here or at another of the properties owned by this group. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the house.

Great Space!
The house is in a great neighborhood--quiet area close to Old Town and CSU campus. The space is what I like to call my "Goldilocks" house--cozy, yet enough space for all to spread out. Stayed with my husband and two of my sons; we were able to be close and spend time together without feeling cramped. Our host thought of everything! When we had a snow storm, there was someone taking care of clearing the walkway. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed tools, utensils, and plates/bowls to cook and have a lovely evening in (and we like to cook!). The combo washer/dryer also came in handy. This location is perfect for families.

Fantastic stay!
This is an adorable bungalow in a perfect location! Worked perfectly for us to move my daughter back into CSU and show my sister the fantastic spots around Fort Collins. Would definitely rent again. Great communication from Stacy.

Girl’s weekend!
Great central location! We were able to walk to lots of shops and restaurants in old downtown. House was clean and secure- cute neighborhood. We had a great time- would highly recommend!

CSU college visit over July 4th
We had a great time staying in this charming home, and the location was perfect for our college visit and exploration of downtown. The owners communicated well and responded immediately when we reached out. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Perfect!
The home was the perfect location for our college visit with our daughter. We walked everywhere, campus, old town, restaurants and the grocery store!! The house was comfortable and clean. Our only comment would be to add some USB chargers to the home for convenience. We have already booked a return visit later this year.

GOOD CHOICE
Great location for access to CSU campus, restaurants, and food stores. Even though its an older home it is clean , well stocked, has AC upstairs and down, and overall suitable for family living. Not having an upstairs bathroom was somewhat inconvenient.

Excellent location
My family (all adults) was in town for my niece’s wedding. Every event was within a short drive or walking distance of this little house. Plenty of nice places to eat or gather were also within walking distance. The house was small but comfortable, although we didn’t do a lot of hanging around there. We also only ate breakfast in the house. This was a bit lucky because the kitchen is a bit dark.

Great place to experience Fort Collins
Great location for anything at CSU as well as a very short walk to Old Town. Tons of good bars and restaurants in the area. Great quiet neighborhood overall it was perfect for what we were doing.

Fantastic location
The house was adorable and location was top notch. Multiple restaurants within a 5 min walk and just down the street from Rainbow Cafe (fabulous breakfast and lunch spot) and Avogadro’s (great lunch and dinner with fun live music most nights). Would highly recommend!
