Location is perfect
You can’t beat the location of this house. Just a few minutes to all the shops and restaurants. The house is funky but served it’s purpose. My only suggestions would be to have extra blankets, more kitchen supplies, and more comfortable beds. For the price and location I would recommend it. Thank you!

Review
Clean, adequate. Best feature: Close to Old Towne. Very loud AC. You had better put some caution tape on the step into the kitchen before you wind up in a lawsuit for a fall.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I apologize you felt the ac was loud but it you had a 90 degree day I bet you enjoyed the cooling it provided. The small step into the kitchen goes from carpet to tile so have never had anyone not see the step. A lawsuit though for someone’s own personal misstep? That is not how I would treat anyone. Safe travels!

Perfect location to historic old Fort Collins
The property was perfect for a college roommates reunion over Memorial Day weekend. Not a bad drive from Denver. The street parking was being resurfaced and had no markings so it was unclear where to park at first. We did have to move our vehicle by 7 AM the last morning because signs indicated all vehicles would be towed if not moved. Thankfully we did. We did see other cars towed. The window a/c units were great but we kept having the heat kick on (we were told not to turn off the heat). It was a fine dance between keeping the rooms cool and comfortable (it was a warm 80+ degrees outside) and the heat coming on if the temp fell below 73 degrees inside. The shops and restaurants one block over were all fantastic. We ate breakfast in the apartment each morning in the well-appointed kitchen. Bathroom was small but not an issue for us. We never used the tv so can’t say much other than it was huge. Beds were super comfortable. We never heard neighbors in the other apartments. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location
We had a great stay in Ft Collins and this property is in a great location. Close to town and CSU. We walked most of the time we were here. Maggie is great with communication. With my son now going to CSU, we hope to book again soon.

Historic home in Ft. Collins
We were in town with family to attend a wedding. 4 adults stayed in the home. The bedrooms were simple, clean, comfortable. There was a nice sized kitchen with all of the basic amenities and the TV room had comfortable seating. I liked the large windows which could be opened for fresh air. I also liked the ability to hang clothes in each bedroom. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it, however I would stay here again because it offered everything we needed, was good sized for 4 adults, and we could walk everywhere!

Outstanding Property & Location!
Property was clean, comfortable,and truly gave vibe of home away from home. Provided A+ amenities and communication with owner was positively seamless, efficient, and timely. Proximity to Old Fort Collins was added bonus to our stay experience. We look forward to future stays!

Wedding weekend
The location was great, short walk to anything downtown. Comfortable for parties of 4-6. If stairs are an issue then you wouldn’t want to stay. Basic kitchen necessities are provided and wifi was great.

Lovely home. Great neighborhood and right around the corner from all of the pubs and shops and restaurants of old town. Highly recommend this jewel.

Great location
We enjoyed the location of this property relative to downtown. It was easy for us to walk 1 block to the heart of downtown where there are endless options for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and people-watching.

Great location in Fort Collins
This was a quiet, second floor apartment in a historic building located right in Old Town. The location was excellent and the multiple bedrooms worked well for our family of 4. Amenities are as described in the listing. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Overall, this was an excellent home base for our local and RMNP travels and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Return Visit to Home Town
Very walkable to the downtown restaurants, grocery & shops. Surprised how quiet it was at night being in the heart of downtown. No designated parking but we had a handicap person with us and that spot was always available.

He had a great time staying at this property as the a location is amazing to old town Ft Collins and tons of restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and we loved how spacious it was! We would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Ft Collins.

Great Location!
Walking distance to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We had a fun night out at Pinball Jones. Home was old, charming and comfortable. Loved learning about the history. Owner has a lot of good book options and games. A note to the owner: A cheese grater would be a nice addition. Not a big deal but we were looking for one. Loved our stay. Would stay here again and would also recommend to others.

Perfect for Graduation
We were visiting for graduation, this was the perfect location ! We enjoyed having the variety of bedrooms for family members, and the full kitchen (although we ate out most of the time). You can walk to the Urban Egg (best breakfast ever). Parking on the street was easy. The host made the access and exit super easy. The entire rental is upstairs, with hooks at that bottom for coats and stuff. :) perfect. Thanks again.

Perfect location in Old Town Ft. Collins and walking close to CSU. Parked car for 3 days. Unit bigger than pictures make it seem. Even have Netflix. Quality towels. Beds comfortable.

In the thick of it!
This house is so close to the active old town area that once you park, you likely never have to drive again until you check out! Wonderful restaurants, bars, shopping & entertainment. Not to mention the beautiful park down the block. This place is clean, quiet and inviting. It is a second story unit and there is a beautiful staircase entry. If lots of stairs are an issue for you then this may not be your cup of tea but we loved it!!

Great location~Comfortable space
The upstairs space was comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. Our host was super responsive to questions we had and took care of additional needs we had.

Cool house in a great location
This was a very cool old house and the location could not have been better. Very short walk to Old Town, but still quiet. One thing to note when booking this house is that it only has air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. I think for the majority of the year that isn't an issue, but the week we were there was quite hot so my daughter ended up sleeping in the living room (we couldn't open the window because there was a lot of smoke from the fires). Just something to keep in mind if you happen to be visiting in the summer. Other than that though the house was perfect and we will definitely stay there again!

Great location and size
Perfect for my family visiting grandma and grandpa! Thanks for the hospitality and for a well-stocked place to stay. We appreciated the toys and games for the kiddos. Wish there were a chip clip, but also appreciated the family sized bag of chips! 😁

Roomy house with perfect downtown location.
Location is perfect for Olde Town. Only one block away. Minimally furnished but has all the necessities. Will definitely be our go to place in Fort Collins.
