"Clean, comfortable place to stay when flying in late on NYE. Went to the rooftop to watch the amazing fireworks that were going off all over the city. Rooms were sorta small, with a tight hallway and bathroom, and the door slammed shut every time it closed, but once settled, we all slept well. There was some confusion with booking on Expedia and getting the check-in codes....needed to text back and forth with the front desk, but staff was super nice so it all was good. "

"O hotel fica muito bem localizado. Da pra ir andando para o pier dos cruzeiros. Nao é ruim, mas pelo preço poderia oferecer mais. O quarto é OK. O banheiro, idem. Nao ha interfones do quarto para a recepção. Precisa fazer uma chamada internacional para falar com eles, se nao possuir celular americano. Não me impressionou! O cafe da manhã é terceirizado, e apesar de gostoso é tudo muito restrito 1 creme para o cafe, 1 geleia etc."

"Everything I was great! They held our bags before and after check-in/check-out. All beverages were free throughout our stay (yes, including alcoholic beverages). They were transparent that there was no elevator, so be prepared to bring your bags up, etc… w/o an elevator. "

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The check-in was the worst part; it is only available starting at 4:00 p.m. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. and there was no one to assist us. I sent them messages on WhatsApp and Hotels.com, and it took a very long time for them to reply. No prior instructions were given on how to access the room—this only happened after I provided a credit card deposit and filled out an external form, which is prohibited by Hotels.com.
