"It was ok. The room I was in was very nice. Didn’t like the curtains covered the ac/heating unit. The curtains were not room darkening. The rooms the company we were travelling with that booked there as well. Those rooms were not nice at all. If i book there again I would request the room I had stayed in. "The Lobsterfest dinner at the hotel was absolutely incredible!! Biggest whole lobster I have ever had!!! Delicious!!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!!! Location was the best!!!"

"Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. "The staff were very helpful when I contacted them about the uncleanliness of the room (which is extremely unusual for this hotel, it’s usually top notch). Where I booked through Expedia they were unable to give me a refund but offered me a choice between a free meal or a free night! I obviously chose free night as me and my little boy come stay often for medical appointments!"
