"We rented this house for a weekend w friends, a concert and visiting the Allman Brothers sites, and it was just what we needed. The location is peaceful, a large deck to watch the birds on the water. The inside was comfortable, bright and very clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"The house was fine ! Only minor issues were missing TV remotes in the upstairs bedrooms and some pots and pans that look like they need to be replaced. Also downstairs bathroom floor seemed a little slippery. Only stayed a couple of days to do a little sight seeing and the house was close to everything!"

"This is a unique older home in an established neighborhood. It is well decorated and everything works like it should. Sitting on the porch in the evenings enjoying an adult beverage while listening to the cicadas was great."

"First off, this owner was so kind, so compassionate!! She responded to our request for an early arrival not only promptly but so warmly. We were in town for a funeral and when we arrived, she had left a personal note along with an orchid plant for our family. "Just needed a place to crash for the night. Arrived at 11pm to find the back door wide open?? Had to sleep on the couch downstairs because the a/c upstairs wasn’t working. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for either. Property has a lot of potential, but should have been better considering the price."
