"Black mold on the walls, mold in the refrigerator from being unplugged with stagnant water inside. Floor is filthy with used q-tips next to the bed. Bathroom has humidity damage. Unhelpful staff. Not enough towels for 4 people. Very bad."

"There was lots of parking spaces which was in an open and well-lit lot, and I could see my car from my room. I could see cameras at the front door which had my car in view, so I was comfortable my car was safe overnight.
The breakfast was simple, just what you need. I enjoyed the western-style omlette and the coffee.

"We were there keee than an hour and then had to leave for a family emergency. I wasn’t expecting to pay nothing but I was hoping for a discount on the 200+ dollar room. Nothing.
I know it’s policy probably but it sure would have been nice if there was some wiggle room for situations like this, like there was before everything was just a computer input and someone who ’s a human made a decision "
