"Hotel was lovely with very friendly and helpful staff. Thermal baths on site were wonderful and ensure you don’t have to leave the property. If you do venture away from the hotel, you are already in the town of Lacco Ameno so restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Recommend staying in a room in the main building if you require strong/reliable WiFi. Thanks to the property and staff for a wonderful visit."

Piscina interna com água quente vulcânica muito boa. A única imperfeição é a distância do centro, cerca de 2 km. Passa ônibus na porta."

"Great and comfortable stay!! Natalina and her family were super kind and helpful with tips to get around. Breakfast was delicious. It’s a bit of a hike to get to the bus but it helped burn off the great food near by."

"I've picked this hotel because it is literally 10min walk to Negombo and it has several pools with warm sea water & thermal water. We've booked a Seaview room which had a truly amazing view and at that moment it was all I needed to rest my mind. The room itself isn't very big, but enough to accommodate two people. The shower room is pretty big, tiles slightly cracked in some places, shower isn't the most modern one, but does its job well. We didn't have any troubles with pressure or lack of hot...

" We do not recommend it for several reasons: two days of ice bath with no satisfaction. We paid for breakfast at the hotel and were told that it was not included. They fixed the window in the bedroom while we slept, even opening it while we were lying down. They did not say anything"
