Chi effettua la prenotazione viene definito responsabile della locazione ed accetta tacitamente tale accordo al momento del pagamento dell anticipo prenotazione. L appartamento si fitta esclusivamente al numero di occupanti dichiarati al momento della prenotazione. È ad assoluta discrezione del proprietario accettare o meno eventuali ospiti occasionali. In tal caso, verrà rielaborato il prezzo di locazione in funzione del nuovo numero di ospiti e del periodo di occupazione. Gli eventuali posti letto aggiuntivi dovranno essere forniti e collocati esclusivamente dal proprietario. All arrivo, ciascun ospite dovrà consegnare un documento di riconoscimento valido e corrispondere, se non già versato in precedenza tramite i siti di on line booking, un deposito cauzionale, con carta di credito, di 150,00 euro. Tale deposito sarà interamente restituito, previa verifica del buon funzionamento e lo stato dell appartamento e di quanto in esso contenuto, entro 24 ore dal check out, e sarà visibile sull estratto conto entro 10 giorni dalla restituzione. Il cliente è avvisato tramite mail dell avvenuta restituzione. Eventuali danni eccedenti il deposito cauzionale verranno quantificati e addebitati. Il cliente è altresì tenuto a segnalare, il giorno stesso dell arrivo, al responsabile dell accettazione clienti, eventuali oggetti danneggiati o mancanti. Il proprietario si riserva il diritto di accedere agli appartamenti per effettuare operazioni di pulizia, controllo o manutenzione urgente. ESCLUSIVAMENTE PER L APPARTAMENTO PETREA, un consumo ragionevole di tutte le apparecchiature elettriche dell appartamento è incluso nella tariffa giornaliera. Le eccedenze, rispetto al consumo stimato di euro 4 giornalieri, vi saranno addebitate. Il proprietario non è in alcun modo responsabile di eventuali infortuni, furti, danni alle persone od alle cose solo perché avvenuti all interno della proprietà. The apartment is very well connected with the most central area of Ischia. Anyway you should always ask for directions to I Giardini della Mortella or to the beach of San Francesco. All the main buses will leave you at the junction of the highway. From there you have to walk for about 800 mt. If you want to use your car, the hotel has a private parking free of charge.

A long covered patio with an ancient well, lined by beautiful wide arches, opens out to an irregular shaped uncovered patio leading to the main staircase, with classic motifs in Piperno stone. From the main staircase, a large, bright entrance leads to the main section of the hermitage, the Petrea apartment, formerly the residence of an early 20th century English peeress. It is positioned at the centre of the apartments like the pistil of a flower surrounded by the petals. The exposure of the hermitage tothe west allows the beautiful sunsets to be seen from nearly all the apartments, as well as the outline of Ventotene Island on the horizon. Right after sunset, when the atmospheric conditions are right, you can see the vanishing sunfrolic, amuse itself and emit a gentle, bewitching, fleeting ray of light: THE GREEN FLASH . Montevergine Hermitage offers its guests 7 exclusive accomodations, all have satellite TV, Wi Fi, air conditioning and private parking. Most of them are recently renovated and have terraces, sea views and a cooking area with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments have characteristic names: Petrea, Galatea, Calipso, Nesea, Teti, Actea, Eunice and Seaview Dome. They vary in terms of size and layout, accommodating a minimum of two to a maximum of six guests. Galatea, which means with milk white skin , is named after the sea nymph described in Greek mythology. The apartment is accessed from the upper garden, which has terraces and various viewpoints and is shared with some of the other apartments. A small entrance door beside the dome of the adjacent church of San Francesco leads into the apartment, which consists of: a very spacious scenic bedroom with a king size bed and a free standing bath tub at the foot of the bed in an exceptional panoramic vantage point; a bathroom with a shower; a second double bedroom, the alcove , with a special king size bed and a view of the upper garden; a second bathroom with a large shower; a spacious living area with a fireplace and large windows looking onto the front terrace; a separate kitchen area.
