"10/10 Great weekend getaway! This is a really nice unit with everything you need.Pros: Check in was fast and the parking garage had plenty of room. This condo was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. It's a quick trip down the elevator and then you can walk to the beach. We have 3 kids and there was plenty of room for sleeping arrangements. Also, it was very quiet. There were guests in the condo beside us but we never heard them. "Very nice updated home! We had 7 adults, and 2 children(ages 2 and 6) and had a great time! The home had plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the games room and the big back yard. Was stocked well and very close to CCU. "

"Location was great! Close to the beach and Broadway, house itselve was how it was listed. Cleanliness was the biggest issue, cleaning company did a poor job. Dust on the ceilings, and behind doors and baseboards. Floors were swept but could tell it hadn’t been mopped in a long while. In Master bed room there was stuff under beds (trash/dust) that had been there a while but not cleaned between tenants. Home was great! But property manager definitely needs to change cleaning company. "

"This was our first time staying at baywatch and at this condo. It was a wonderful experience and we all had a great time. The room was clean! The staff were helpful. The resort amenities were so great and the layout of the pool area was spacious and something for everyone in each section. We will definitely be back again!"
