This is a perfect getaway for large families, a work retreat or escaping the busyness of life! Our cabin features 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 full bathrooms, large wrap around deck complete with your own hot tub, gas grill and smoker. Volleyball/badminton court, 2 horse shoe pits, tire swing, cornhole, fire pit, basketball hoop... THREE STORY tree house!! Camping out in the treehouse WILL BE THE HIGHLIGHT of your kids' summer vacation! There is also a large fire pit for s'more making and stargazing. You are going to feel at HOME the moment you open the door to this cabin. Full kitchen with all cooking amenities and plenty of toys and games for the kids. Enjoy a game of pool or darts in the large family room. Very private lot on a tucked away cul-de-sac. Steps away from amazing trails for hiking or biking in the national forest. Venture over to Willow Springs Lake or Woods Canyon Lake for an afternoon of fun only a 10 minute drive.

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved your property! It was cozy and loaded with so many fun things to do. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent communication throughout the rental process. Just a tid bit for whomever cleans the property for you. The Jacuzzi had a lot of gravel in it that needed cleaned from the seating areas and bottom of the jacuzzi. There were also ants trailing all around the carpet in front of the bathroom sink down stairs when we arrived.

The Green House is where itā€™s at!

This is my 3rd time to this property! First time was a winter retreat for my family, the 2nd a teenage birthday celebration, and this last time a birthday and anniversary celebration with friends and family. This place never disappoints!

Great trip with lots of April snow

Surprise snow storm dropped about a foot. Highly paid weather forecasters predicted 1-3ā€. Luckily Todd had the place stocked with plenty of firewood and extra snow gear for our 9-11 year old daughters and their friends. Cabin was very clean, grill worked great! Hot tub was a huge plus.

Sweet 16 Weekend Getaway

We returned to this property for my 16 year old to celebrate her birthday with friends and they had a wonderful time! The amenities were boundless and most electronics were updated and easy to use while the place kept its rustic charm! We couldnā€™t believe how many bear and cabin themed decorations the cabin contained. So cute! But the WiFi was good and it was easy to stream movies. The only thing that needs an upgrade are the kitchen supplies (pots/pans, big silverware, blender, etc). Oh my goodness the blender must be 50 years old. Still worked though! Otherwise, we love this property and will be back again and again!

Relaxing New years

We stayed over new years and although there was no snow, we had a blast. We used the hot tub a few times a day and my five and three year old had a blast with the tree house and all the swing around the property. The property is huge and beautiful. The cabin was cozy and perfect. There was so much to do here. We will be back!

Amazing cabin in a lovely setting

This is a great place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, spacious cabin with lots of room. The game room with pool and darts was a lot of fun and the hot tub was nice to warm up after a cold day in the surrounding area. Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and some good spots to eat not far away. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Everything was perfect!

This place has it all, from hot tub to tree house and everything in between. Itā€™s rare to find a cabin nestled in the woods that can keep you busy with fun activities for the entire family. Todd, the host, was fantastic! From the welcome note and gifts (even for our dog) to the quick communication. Thereā€™s a reason it has a 10 out of 10. Fun place to stay!

There are so many fun things to do at this cabin and places around it. We had several children and they had fun, which is a winner for everyone badminton, and the pool table was a big hit. The national Forest is close by with so many trails for off-road vehicles. Several lakes close by to do fun things with. The home even had kayaks and lifejackets available for use. You will love staying here.

3rd summer vacation in this cabin

We always enjoy our time at this cabin. They have all the basic needs you could need during a trip. This year there was a power outage because of a storm and it didn't take long to find the candles with matches laying right next to them. They really think of everything!

Great family Vacation

Great location, easy to get too. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy. Tons of board games, pool table, seating areas everywhere. This will be our go to spot on the Rim for sure.

the property was awesome tons of indoor and outdoor activities! host had lots of wood on hand for fire! host even had sleds for the visitors! we had a great time the tree house is awesome and even with snow on the ground and temps in the 20s and 30s the boys asked to sleep in the tree house! really cool place and decor! thank you for the great trip we cant wait to return!

Wonderful cabin retreat!

Me and my family booked a stay at this cabin to getaway for a weekend, relax, and do some fishing in the area. This cabin was everything described and more! Such a beautiful rustic cabin feel with all the amenities you'll ever need. And they even included some lovely greeting gifts. There are SO many things to do as a family, even for just adults. We had a great time feeling like we were kids again checking out the tree house, swinging on the tire swing, and enjoying the hot tub and fire pit along with everything else! Super confortable and the hosts were very friendly! We were blown away by the beautiful home and location, the pictures do not do it the justice it deserves, so you must see it!šŸ˜Š One of my personal best vrbo/air bnb experiences. Thank you again!

Great cozy getaway for families!

Perfect place to getaway from it all for a few days. We were two families of 9 total that are friends so we had perfect amount of space to have privacy. The loft bedroom and sitting area for the kids upstairs was amazing and they had their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Best of all, so many fun activities! Ping pong table is under a bed upstairs so that is the only difficult thing to set up. Pool table, darts, badminton, horseshoes etc were all a huge hit! only minor disappointment was the power outage of about 4 hoursā€¦.beyond anyoneā€™s control, but it encouraged kids to get outside earlier and skip the early morn tv ! Oh and the collection of movies and games was awesome too! Great memories made here!

Great Backyard

This cabin has a great backyard. It has tons of outdoor games, toys and play equipment for kids and adults to use. Our kids played outside all weekend. The inside of the cabin is more rustic and use a little update

Amazing space

This place was great. The outdoor space was the best part from the breathtaking nature view from the full open deck which is great for entertaining or to sit alone and enjoy a cup of coffee with the hummingbirds. My daughter was fully entertained throughout the week with countless things to do in the homestead as well as the lakes and creeks within a few miles drive. Take in the fresh air and change of pace from Phoenix.
