🏡 5-person holiday cottage with spa pool & sauna in the Bay of Somme, 70m², completely new, in a flower-filled village (4 flowers).

Located at the foot of the Crécy forest and a few kilometers from our famous Bay of Somme, the LA MARCOTTE cottage is only 12km from Le Crotoy and St Valéry-sur-Somme.

Quiet and peaceful, just 20 meters from the forest with its many hiking trails (cycling, walking, or horseback riding).

Comfortable cottage ideal for 5 people, comprising 3 bedrooms upstairs:

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160cm x 200cm) with smart TV and USB ports
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm x 200cm) with smart TV and USB ports
- Bedroom 3: 1 single bed (80cm x 190cm)
Fully equipped kitchen:

- Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, range hood, induction cooktop, coffee makers (including a Senseo), toaster, kettle, blender…
- Bathroom on the first floor: Shower, double vanity, toilet.

- Large open-plan living area on the ground floor including a dining area, kitchen, lounge with TV, and a second toilet.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning fee: €50 (€20 supplement for a very dirty cottage) payable on site.

- Security deposit of €400 upon arrival (this deposit will not be charged unless there is damage to the cottage at the end of your stay). Your security deposit check will be returned to you by mail within one week of your departure. 0632998916
